Excellency customer service skills from Advisor Helen

Failed to respond to a simple information request I made regards amenity charges which apply to my property. As a result I’ve refused to pay these charges on the basis that I believe them to be fraudulent. They are charging for landscape maintenance which to my knowledge has not been carried out. They have then passed my account over to a law firm and instructed them to apply ridiculous charges in a bid to force me to pay and threatening that further fees will be applied and court action will follow. Crooks.
