Junk

I have owned Klipsch speakers for a while, when I moved I bought a pair of Sixes and a Cinema 1200 soundbar. Paid $2000 for the soundbar, I have seen it for like $799 now. With all the problems I have had with mine, I wouldn't give even that price. Did firmware update still have problems. The Sixes have been a problem also, they sound great as does the soundbar. The Sixes shut off after about 20 minutes when using Bluetooth. The soundbar refuses to come on at times, unless you unplug it and plug it back in. Love Klipsch, but would not recommend either of these products.

Long term satisfied Klipsch customer

I am a very long term Klipsch customer, having owned approximately a dozen sets of speakers across four decades. The sound quality is fantastic. But this review is specific to their customer service. I have had two small issues in the last two years which led me to contact Klipsch. In both cases, the customer service I received was absolutely "best in class". It's rare in this day and age to find a company that does the right thing, and stands behind their products. I could not be more pleased with Klipsch, and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates both top quality products and top quality customer service!

Customer service sucks ,emailed about a one out two subs I purchased less than a year ago . It's been going on two months without resolution. Plus the customer service guy Nick R was rude and still yet to resolve the issue . Please beware!!!!

Lovely product, zero customer support

I bought a Groove Heritage Bluetooth speaker from Costco in November. Lovely piece of kit, smashing sound, looks much more classy than the usual Bluetooth speaker.

However, it was taking forever to charge - over 24 hours. I emailed Klipsch support and a few days later received the answer "For assistance, please reach out to our authorized service dealer in your area: Henley Audio"

I phoned Henley Audio (a company I've dealt with on a few occasions previously - always had good service from them) who confirmed the unit was faulty, but as I'd bought it from Costco, they wouldn't be able to provide warranty support.

I emailed Klipsch support again to as to what l should do. They haven't bothered replying. So much as I like the unit, it'll be returned to Costco for a refund. I've already replaced it with a Marshall Emberton (which I don't think sounds as good)

EDIT - after much messing around, I've discovered that the unit needs to be charged with a quality charging unit & cable straight into a mains socket, not an extension. It now charges fine & sounds great.

HOWEVER - still zero stars for their customer support

Hours of wait time then they disconnected, sent obviously defective replacement

I've had the same experience as someone else here. I was on hold for over an hour when I got the message, "Sorry no representative is able to take your call please call back later" and they hung up. After an HOUR! I'm now on hold again for 45 minutes. I also had a defective Soundbar 600. They sent me a replacement that was obviously a return and the "new" sub woofer speaker was cracked / broken / visibly damaged and obviously defective. The new soundbar would not pair with my older but working sub woofer. So now I don't know what to do and I can't get a human on the phone. What a waste. I'll never buy Klipsch again.

Great quality and great sound.

I purchased a pair of THX certified computer speakers. The sound is amazing. I live in a nursing home and have space for a computer OR a stereo system. Not both. I need a computer and with these speakers I have the best of both. With the sub woofer I get deep bass and the smaller speakers provide great mid and high frequencies. Quality construction.
I wish I had found these long ago!

Speakers don't work at all

Speakers don't work, tech support ignores you. Don't buy Klipsch. On my 2nd set of their 'Fives' plug and play powered speakers. 1st set worked intermittently, sounded great when they did though. Fine for 2-3 days in a row, then would just drop 2-3 times in one evening. I did get a replacement set thru warranty exchange, but they didn't work at all out of the box. Tech Support non- responsive. Stay away. I have put so many hours into both sets, software updates via usb drive, factory resets, etc... Klipsch = crap.

Totally disgusted

You call for customer service and basically they'll tell you the average wait time well guess what mines was 7 minutes and 22 minutes later I'm still waiting for someone to pick up. This isn't the only time usually happens 90% of the time. Anyways besides that they're cinema 600 sound bar stopped working and they did send me a replacement but guess what the new sound bar is even worst than the first. Remote control's light constantly goes on by itself the sub woofer comes in n out while playing music or TV sounds. Totally shame on being 1 of the high end companies in speakers.

Klipsch sub woofer failure

I bought a nice set of Klipsch 2.1THX computer speakers. The speakers were placed on my book shelf and never used above background level. They started buzzing after 25 months. Klipsch said it is a problem with the sub woofer. It is out of warranty and not worth fixing. They got that right. Bose next time.

Wish I could comment on the product but it never arrived. I purchased a pair of TWS earbuds as my wife washed hers and we were leaving on a trip for 2 weeks in a week. The website said 3 to 5 day delivery. Well 6 days later noting shipped, asked to cancel, they said they would recall order(how I have no idea as the shipper had not received it). 7 days later they shipped the product only to have the shipper send it back after it reached the final distro. now 31 days later still no refund but told it would be done in next 3 to 5 days. Whole ordeal very sketchy. Cannot imagine what I would feel like if this were say $5,000 speakers and not a $100 set of earbuds. Never ever again.

Disappointed in product, MORE disappointed with service . .

I had high hopes for my Klipsch t5 II True Wireless Sport. Batteries will not hold charge and disconenct randomly. I am disappointed with the product but more disappointed with customer service.

The first time I contacted them, they responded and said they would replace my earbuds after I provided some info. I provided the info and after not hearing from anyone for 2 weeks I received an email saying my ticket was closed because I had not responded. I started a new ticket. Same thing happened. Ticket closed. 3rd attempt didn't get a response. 4th attempt no response yet. 8 weeks in, they have my money and I do not have a workable product. DO NOT BUY!

Defective products and non-existent support

Two pairs of defective headphones. Was told another ear bud would be shipped to make up for the defective one. 10 days and it has not even been shipped. It takes forever to get a reply, even if you respond seconds after they send a message to you. I figured this was because I bought ~$120 headphones instead of something more expensive, but looks like this happens at all ends of the price spectrum. Never again.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! …

These guys are great they take their time to explain and be courteous and give the best customer service. I’d recommend these guys because they really invest their time and their customers.

Rare system failure...Great customer centric service... @ KLIPTCH not Rare at all!

Even though my unique circumstance was not rectified, I felt like the level of service and product knowledge and communication was topflight! Currently, I can not afford to replace my current CS 700 but the effort was made to provide replacement system at a discount in good spirit. Cinema 700 soundbar failure

Purchased a Cinema 700 soundbar/subwoofer in Nov. '21. Setup was pretty easy. A month later began having problems. Soundbar randomly not working, subwoofer not pairing with soundbar.
After e-mail xchanges and finally phone help from Morgan and Marc... found a workaround to update firmware. Worked a couple weeks then got repeated problems.
Was promised a replacement in December, but repeatedly told they are awaiting chips to fix the poblem, supply chain issues blah, blah, blah effecting Cinma 600, 700, 800, 1200. Wait what?
Today, waited 45 minutes to get product support and got someone who is "working from home" who could offer no help to talk about connecting subwoofer by hardwire. Said her manager is on break but would call back, still hasn't. She then offered to transfer me to someone and held fo another hour before hanging up.
Their reputation is worthless if they can't support their customer.

2 Faulty Products!!!

I purchased the T5 II True Wireless Sport/McLaren EarPods around 18 months and they were working perfectly fine and couldn’t really fault them. However a couple of months, the batteries in both pods began to dramatically deteriorate, with one barely last a little over an hour before there being no power left. I contacted Klipsch and after 2 months, they provided me a free replacement and didn’t ask for the original pair back, so I was completely satisfied. However after only a week, I now have a completely new problem with this new set! So unless I can fix the issue myself, which I’m having no luck with so far, I’m gonna have to contact them yet again and spend god knows how many days, weeks or months trying to get it sorted yet again!
I don’t think I’ll be buying another product from Klipsch if they can go faulty even after just a week, let alone 18 months!
The main reason I went with EarPods from Klipsch was because of there partnership with the McLaren F1 team and McLaren are my favourite team, so I thought if they have trust in there products, I can trust there products. I have no trust remaining!

Don't ever expect to get a response…

Don't ever expect to get a response from support. I've been waiting for 2 months now without a response from them. My standing floor speaker that cost $799 for the pair had the tweeter stop working entirely (not blown just nothing coming from it) after 3 months of use.

I will never be purchasing a Klipsch again product for as long as I live.

Great product, No Customer Service.

I got a pair of speakers (ProMedia 2.1 THX) from Klipsch in late January.

They arrived, and the instructions were in pictures only with very little detail (this is a huge pet peeve of mine, and I don't understand why companies do it), with VERY important information left out.
I tried to contact customer service to ask about it, but ultimately had to end up figuring out the answer to my question on my own via a third-party youtube video.
Once I figured that out, I still had some clarifying questions about something I saw in the instruction booklet and sent a follow-up email.

I sent my first email January 27. It is February 22 and no one has bothered to reply. But they keep sending me emails asking me to review the product I bought.

This is not a good look. At the very least, you could try including instructions with your product that includes all of the information so that customers don't have to reach out to your non-responsive customer service.

That said, I love the speakers. I just hope I don't ever have a problem with them or need to use the warranty, because I already know I'm not getting any help.
I was seriously considering getting a sound bar from this company as a gift, but knowing how their customer service is essentially nonexistent, I will probably look elsewhere.

This company is not very helpful or understanding when it comes too need a replacement on a subwoofer, had for too years, two issues already with amp and now sub does not put out anysound, I told them I need a replacement it’s under 5 year warranty, they told me I have too wait for approval, never heard anything still waiting, I give up, it’s been a week I will buy from a different company, well they just lost a customer, I don’t recommend too anybody do business with them, I’m not anymore, what a joke. Don’t waist your time too get a replacement or repair, there’s a chance you might not get service, well I didn’t hope it don’t happen too you customers. They try too save a penny and they lose hundreds of dollars, Good luck too all.
