Bought two Klipsch The Three (type I) a couple of years ago, although very good looking and presented with a neo-retro design quite flattering and a high build quality, when it comes to software and connections, that is where things start to go awry.

For instance the promise of a seamless wireless audio network never worked correctly or maybe once, in addition we had to acquire a very "cheap" piece of software, DTS Play-Fi, supposedly helping you to get your tabletops stereo systems communicating on a single dedicated network or even just trying to stream from a PC to them, it never worked well at all; definetely when it comes to software, hardware manufacters do not get it most of the time...
Regarding Bluetooth, same problems on and on with the almost impossibility to connect a smartphone to just on tabletop !

I really regreted those acquisitions and should have a gone to big names instead, at least they do deliver quality connectivity !

Having recently purchased Reference Series 820 Floor Standing Speakers, I felt compelled to review Klipsch which continues to provide speakers that are Incredible Bang for the Buck. These are the best performing speakers I've ever listened to and are paired nicely with the 12" Reference powered subwoofer w/ Mono Class D Amp. Since listening to Klipsch Heresy IIIs as a kid I've always loved the sound and the brands iconic name and quality continue to stand the test of time.

Klipsch X11i, superbe headphones, comfy and great sound.

Writing this review because I was prompted in a recent order to give a review to a retailer I'd never dealt with before. The transaction was flawless... so arguably a 5 star review. But I only gave them 4 stars because I feel a company needs to go above and beyond for 5 stars. The company I was reviewing simply didn't have a chance to prove themselves a 5 star company (and they might be, I just don't know... )

And then saw the link 'rate other companies' and I thought of some I would rate at 5 stars....

Klipsch was the first to leap to mind.

That right there should say a lot. Not giving 5 stars forced me to reflect on what kind of company should get 5 stars... and that made me think of Klipsch.

I've been buying their products for decades. I've had a few customer service issues with them in that time... and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations. Even after years of this and adjusting my expectations up for this company.

I mean, I'm not even fair to Klipsch... I hold them to a higher standard than most.... and they STILL impress me every time I deal with them.

So as per the text attached to the 5 star selection; "No reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone."

Yep. That's Klipsch. I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in quality audio. These guys have kicked some serious butt for decades... and I can vouch for about 30 years of 'above and beyond' from these guys...

Things might change someday I suppose... Paul Klipsch left this world years ago... and not even sure who owns Klipsch these days... but my most recent purchases imply nothing is slipping with them so far.

So yeah, these guys are a company I recommend without any reservation to anyone looking for good audio.

THIS is a 5 star company in my book.

I bought a pair of klipsch headsets from another shop some months ago, then there was something wrong with them.
An instead of talking with the shop, witch havnt been the best service provider :/ I email klipsch.com
And waooo.. not problem there, I gave them all most no info, and wupti they send me a new pair of headphones 100% free of charge, even though I live in Denmark.
And not only that, they also filled out the right papers to the customs saying they would pay all danish taxes.

Amazing service, would buy more but dont need any more :)

Use them ........ Btw the headphones are the best I ever had.
