Decent products, bad customer service

Decent products, but if something goes wrong, don't expect any help from their customer service.
I got a sw 115-r subwoofer. The Amp keep shutting down, every 1-4 min, with or without any signals going in to it.
I wrote to the customer service 22 august. Still haven't heard anything from them, only the, we haven't forgotten you, but we are busy at the moment, standard email.
My advice is. Can you fix any problems yourself, fine, buy the products. If not. Stay away, or hope nothing ever happens.

Klipsch has terrible customer service

I’ve been reaching out to Klipsch since May 2021. I received an email on August 3rd saying they were busy but had not forgotten about my issue. Now it’s September and still nothing. Ive never had such awful experience with customer service. As someone who has 5 sets of their products in my home. I find it hard to ever make another purchase with Klipsch. Be aware. Good products but if an issue arises… you’re on you own. They don’t care after they get the money.

I have had enough

I have had enough. One of the world leading companies for sound has just nothing to say to me. Emails have been sent. Faulty ear pods have been sent back, costing a fortune. Still no reply by Morgan. The person who contacted me about the issue. I mean, I live in Namibia. And sound and music is my passion. But, do they reply???? Do respond???? Do they even care????!

This is an absolute crap brand

This is an absolute crap brand. Within a year i have gone through two systems. Then during this time klipsch stopped sourcing outside warranty/ repairers. Paid top dollar for nothing but problems. Going back to store 2mrw to replace under warranty yet again but this time going to get LG or sony. Done with klipsch the company is crap to deal with and not worth the money or the stress dealing with them. My opinion to anyone looking to buy soundbar etc. Dont buy klipsch

AWESOME SOUNDBAR …

I purchased a new RSB3 sound bar and needed help setting it up. The tech at Klipsch that I spoke to walked me thru all the steps with patience ( I'm 74 ) and had it all set up and integrated with my tv remote in about 10 minutes. And it is fantastic sound !

Called to ask if I could power either…

Called to ask if I could power either the one or the sixes from a portable power station like goal zero yeti or similar. Was on hold for 45 minutes before someone picked up then transferred me to a call center that said I’d get a call soon. I got the call and explained what I needed. The rep was seemingly understanding and said I would definitely hear back that day. One week later and multiple tries to contact again with no luck. I’m now returning or selling all lips here products and will never deal with them again and will continue to give bad reviews and recommend ANY other brand than klipsch. Very disappointing especially since all I wanted was to be able to play music while camping and maybe spread the joy of a decent sounding speaker which in turn might sell more products

Horrible Customer Service (and company)

I bought a pair of Klipsch F-300 floor speakers 3 months ago, and later one woofer unit inside a speaker was blown.

One month ago, I opened a ticket in klipsch.com; Meanwhile, I called their customer service number every other days for weeks. No one took care of my ticket, and no one answered my calls!!!!

Is Klipsch's warranty a joke?

Now I don't know what to do with my speakers. Throw them away? They costed me $799+tax to purchase!

Bad costumer service

I sent them a message one week ago asking an information about 'heresy iii' but no one answer me!!
It seems that their noses are up in the sky!!! Fortunately there are many good companies out there (and much much better than Klipsch) that they respect their costumers !!!

Phukk Klipsch

For the price, should be better. But this company has been around for over 75 years and it seems like the last thing they automated and squeezed to death was customer service. Joke of a company now. Just in it for the money. I used my R51PM with USB to my Windows 10 computer and applied an EQ with VoiceMeeter and it blows the Dynamic EQ out of the water! I guess it was too good cause last night the USB stopped working entirely! I did my research and found nothing of note on Klipsh's support site (so you HAVE to email them and wait) and other people who had the issue just went to another brand. I want to see if I can update the speaker and fix it since there is a port on the back named "service" but I wonder if Klipsch wants me to send it all the way to them for that to happen... fat phuckin' chance. Klipsch will get no more of my time or money. Going for studio monitors next time and I am getting a soundcard with toslink soon so maybe these speakers can work once again before I donate them to a friend (I will warn them of Klipsch's inability to be a decent company after 75 years but I really wish them to go out of business the second I hit submit on this phuckin' review.

Horrible Company!

I placed an order afterhours, and told them I wanted to cancel after hours as well. The next business day they came back and said TOO BAD, and shipped me the item anyway, forced me to ship it back and then stalling 15 days before processing the refund.

Excellente enceinte bluetooth

Excellente enceinte bluetooth, puissante avec un son parfait, un must.
Une marque de référence qui s'est faire des enceintes de très grande qualité.
C'est très bon,puissant et en plus c'est beau.
De quoi vous faire plaisir avec de longs moments d'écoute.
Je recommande +++.

Déplorable j’ai acheté une paire d’enceinte chez Klipsch 1000 euros chez Son et Vidéo
Retour au bout d’un an au SAV problème
Puis à nouveau le même problème 2ans et demi après et là impossible d’avoir une réponse de la part de Klipsh pour les faire réparer
Je ne vous déconseille cette marque

Bought the klipcsh 600 and the Subwoofer wont pair. I email them still haven't heard from them. Is there a.way to sue this company for basically stealing peoples money because i am not the only one whit the same problem.

Bad customer service and poor return policy

My order was back-ordered. So I asked them t cancel it, yet they didn't and sent it anyway. Now they are charging me for a refund!
I waited on hold for 30mins, I was just 5 sec away when the representative came, but he disconnected the call.

This was the worst customer service I believe I've ever encountered. I purchased a sound bar direct from Klipsch about 1 month ago and it still hasn't shipped. You wait on hold FOREVER to get a support staff to tell you they don't have any answers for you. They tell me the item is out of stock yet I can go to Amazon and purchase this exact model and have it delivered to my home within 2 days. Save your time and money!! If this is the support I receive before even getting my purchase I can't imagine what support I'd get, if any, after I receive my item... assuming I do eventually receive it. Also interesting to note, you can't go on their official website and write a review. It makes one wonder if they took this down because of the bombardment of negative comments and reviews.

Klipsh customer service is a joke - DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND

Klipsh customer service is a joke. Spend $400 on R-51PM speakers, and the emit terrible static. Called the 800-554-7724 number, was on hold for 64 minutes, the recording stated no one is available, and call back later. Then called the 317 number at 1:30PM, and got a recording stating business hours are 9:00 - 5:00, so call back during business hours... Went on line to address issue, and prompts ask you to fill in your e-mail address, model, and problem - when filling in issue on a required field, prompts of issues are given, and you are directed to sites addressing the issues. you cannot get past this stage to hit the submit button !!!!! Klipsch wants your order, they do not want to service you. I'm returning my purchase to Amazon and buying JBL or other brand. I always viewed Klipsch as a premium brand - man was I wrong..... Klipsch you should be ashamed

Terrible customer servce

Terrible customer servce. Their support department didnt answer my emails.
I had to solve the problem with my speakers myself via The Speaker Exchange, (who are great by the way).
I still haven't heard back from Klipsch. I will certainly not buy Klipsch again, in my experience they do not stand behind their products, they do not offer support to their customers.
