I like the Krispy Kreme products, but the loyalty scheme is poor.
I earned enough points for a free coffee and added it to the wallet section of my reward app.
I tried to redeem it at both the Newcastle Eldon square location and inside the metrocentre, without sucess.
Eldon square couldn't tell me why I couldn't use it and said I'd have to ring up.
Metrocentre kiosk told me I couldn't use it there but could try the krispy kreme outside the metrocentre.
I'm at Leeds this weekend and was going to try and use it there but the wallet now states I don't have enough points for the coffee.
Even though I have been unable to use the free drink reward they've taken the points away.
I've never known a loyalty scheme as bad.
Boots have a points loyalty scheme and krispy kreme could learn a lot about good schemes from them.
Krispy kreme points expire, but they don't tell you when they'll expire and even take them off rewards waiting in your wallet.
It's a shame this part of the loyalty scheme is so bad, because in the past I've redeemed some very good offers and their coffees and donuts are great.

Ordered a box to be delivered to my niece and nephew's for Saturday in time for Easter, their courier service DPD messed up and changed delivery date to the following Tuesday. Contacted customer service who offered to send out a fresh box for Tuesday. Not ideal as missed Easter, informed no arrangement in place with DPD for perishable goods and apology offered. Felt underwhelming overall. Angela the customer service rep was very pleasant to talk to.

ordered online the box arrived opened, and they had little filling. mostly plain! also seem smaller than we had before. won't be ordering online again

Erin from the customer experience team was so helpful, kind and efficient in their support to me. Hugely appreciate them solving my issue in such a calm and quick manner. They completely saved our school fundraising event.

Also so thankful for Krispy Kreme offering the fundraising dozen initative. It has helped us fundraise multiple times for our schools activities.

when a customer that needs and asks for phone call for reasonable adjustments this doesn’t mean this request is ignored and continues to email

Great experience at the Birmingham bullring kiosk store. Ian was very helpful to make sure I got my my paid for order that I was suppose to collect from new street station but were closed due to unforeseen circumstance big thanks also to Angela and lynn at customer service who done what they needed to make sure I could collect my order from another store all help really appreciated and mostly these are the best donuts going if you don’t have a reward card get one coz wondoughful Wednesdays are most worth the treat

I placed an order with Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I had some problems with the doughnuts. Angela from Krispy Kreme doughnut was very helpful. She solved my problems for me and she gave me complimentary doughnut boxes. I appreciated that she took her time to look into this matter and solve the issues for me, she was very polite and understanding once again I just want to say thank you so much.

I had an issue with the delivery of a dozen doughnuts, the recipient that received them wasnt the right person however they denied having the doughnuts. I sent an email to customer service and was in conversation with a lovely lady called Rebecca who explained the process to me, was very professional and also gave me a personal congratulations on the birth of my daughter. This customer service was great and she is a credit to your team. Krispy Kreme is a great company and it never fails to live upto high standards.

An issue with a store closure in Wolverhampton showing on the website was quickly addressed by Rebecca. She provided prompt personal and friendly support. Thank you 😊 🙏

Visited the Krispy Kreme store at Lakeside shopping centre. My little daughter was asking for her pink doughnut i promised her while we were shopping. Once I took my phone out to make a payment my screen started to play funny and went blank within seconds. My phone screan was just broken. The store didnt accept cash payment and I wasnt able yo pay hor my iteam. I was telling my very 😞 disappointed little girl that we will come back later on to get it. The young man named Ronald ( I think he mentioned he doesn't usually work at Lakeside store) was so nice to us. He offered free of charge doughnut for my daughter. He really made us day at this time. He was so polite, friendly but very very professional at the same time.
He is a big benefit to your company and truly deserves a reward. I wanted to send a feedback same day but was travelling the next day and was extremely busy. I wish I could send a message to his manager just to say how helpful and great he was that day. Hopefully this will go to him.

I made an order online for the collection of an assorted 24 pack of donuts. These were to be collected from kiosk K1 in reading oracle shopping centre for between 9.30am and 12.30 pm today (26/02/2026) The order was placed on the 24th and I received a confirmation email the same day and a reminder email yesterday 25th. Despite this when I went to collect my order within the alloted time slot there was no order ready, and no record of my order at the kiosk. The team member there was absolutely lovely and so apologetic. There was poor Internet connection at the site so she was unable to even log on to confirm my order, and she called the other store in the oracle to see if it had gone there. It had not. I found this very disappointing as it is my daughter's birthday, which is what the donuts were purchased for instead of a cake, at her request. A £32 order that wasn't even sent to the store even though it had been paid for and confirmed, also the blueberry bubble donuts that are supposed to be in the assortment, they are listed in the flavours included,have not been sold in over 8 months I was told. This was my first time ordering so it was pretty disappointing to say the least
