Product, service,communication all excellent. Mouthpiece arrived today in a padded envelope and original box. Would hope for slightly better protection from more padding ideally. Otherwise, very impressed.

Due to an oversight regarding insurance my item was delayed. I hadn’t realised at the time of purchase , the item was coming from the Czech Republic. Still haven’t received it and the last communication was to say it will be here in two weeks. Good prices but very poor delivery.

Not based in the UK
I didn't realise at first that the item was shipping from outside the UK, as the website has a .co.uk address. They were the only website I could find with the item I needed in stock. At first the price appeared very good. As I got to the checkout stage I realised that they were not in the UK, as the price jumped up with taxes and shipping, to more than I could get the item elsewhere (except it was out of stock everywhere else). I ordered anyway and the item arrived just over a week later.

Good service. Bough Roland TD17, One of the Pad did not respond correctly after couple of months. The pad was replaced by Kytary after a few emails.

Don't bother ordering from the UK.
Ordered a couple of items which were out of stock but the website said they'd be available in a few weeks. Having read the reviews here I thought I'd better email and check there weren't going to be any problems, but was assured the items would be posted the day after they were due in stock. Sent another email the day after they were due in stock, and was told the suppliers had said they wouldn't be available for over a year. Can't understand why Kytary couldn't have contacted the suppliers when I first inquired rather than leaving me waiting for the items for several weeks before bothering.
Edit: I don't seem to be able to respond to Kytary's reply with another post so I'll have to do so here instead.
I understand the situation with shortages, and I was aware of the terms and conditions when I ordered the items. What I can't understand - as I mentioned originally in my review and over email to Tomas - is why Kytary didn't contact the supplier when I originally inquired about the item straight after buying it. It could have been ascertained at that point that the items weren't going to be available, rather than leaving me waiting for several weeks at a time when other retailers were rapidly selling out of this item and prices were swiftly rising.

Unfortunately, due to worldwide complications caused by Covid and by shortage of microchips this has been happening a lot lately.
