I've been ordering wine from Laithwaites for many years and have not paid for delivery recently because of the subscriptions I have, This time a £9.99 charge for named day delivery was added that I didn't notice before paying. I assume my Unlimited subscription has lapsed, but no-one has told me and a message I have sent about this has gone unanswered.
The wine was not delivered on the day selected. I did receive an email in the afternoon saying it had been delayed. The next day the InPost 2 hour slot was given sometime in the afternoon as usual - you never know whether it might turn up in the morning. The wine was actually delivered 45 minutes after the slot has elapsed. This is the not the first time that InPost has missed their delivery time.
I am now considering switching back to buying wine from supermarkets because they do meet their delivery times.

Had an issue with damaged delivery. Laithwaites respond quickly and easily to replace the damaged bottles.

As usual our wines were delivered with the efficiency we expect from an apex supplier. As yet I have not sampled any of the wines; but they are particular favourites and I know I will enjoy them as usual.

Great wine at a competitive price.An expert wine guide who is always ready to widen my wine appreciation. As I am a repeat customer of many years he must be getting it right.

I hadn't opened a bottle for a while, so had forgotten what happened, cork just crumbled!!!
, I still have nine bottles sitting in my wine rack and there they will stay unless you have an answer. I await your response.

I have been a customer for many years and never had a problem with the wine, customer service and delivery.

Daniel at Laithwaites Beaconsfield went out of his way to help me find a large quantity of wine for a wedding. He went above and beyond. Thank you Daniel.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and the wine was excellent.

The wine purchases were easy, delivery stated that it might come in several small parcel rather than just one big delivery.
However ordering a bottle and paying for it doesn’t guarantee you have the bottle you paid for, which is what happened to me. Apparent the system is so outdated that even at this AI age the system cannot tell for sure if the stock is actually available in real time. And when a bottle is not available, it would simply refund you? Surely at this day and age you can have a real time system?

Range and quality of wines unquestionably outstanding and this is backed up by first class service ensuring a very satisfactory customer experience. I've been a regular customer for many years and never consider buying wine elsewhere.

Prompt delivery (though you should consider using a different carrier!-gave them a poor review)!
The wines were well packed, a great price and have, so far, been fabulous.

Delivery was very late and tracking was inaccurate from courier. Your team know my thoughts!
