Great service
Chiswick Majestic is a fantastic store. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, and whatever you’re after, there will be an absolute bargain in that category every time. On this particular visit I found prices amazingly competitive: 24 lovely bottles of wine for £207. Honestly, I never buy anywhere else.

I purchase my wines from your Leighton Buzzard branch where Charlotte and her team are excellent. Very informative and helpful. I have been in the Wine Trade all my working life, although now retired, I still give talks and tastings. One of the reasons I trade with Majestic is that you do Sale or Return (25%) of the total.

I purchased what he had and thanked him for his excellent service. That was truly fantastic i regularly buy this wine from the branch but it hasn’t been available.

Very close location for me with excellent parking. Excellent selection of wines which are competitively priced.
Terrific team at the Hertford branch without exception. They are always friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Popped into my local Thame Majestics for some advice and guidance on buying Prosecco and wine for an upcoming event. I also wanted to hire some glasses.
The service was fantastic, I was given very good recommendations at the price point wanted to pay.

Really poor customer care
Really poor customer care with their subscription wine club - they use Yodel (by far the worst courier, for central London at least), they didn't read my complaint emails, didn't understand the words 'cancel my subscription', didn't make the changes they said they would, and happily continued to take money and act against my preferences. This is a highly competitive market, and although I buy the majority of my wine from independents, you just lost another customer.

Yes - I did visit the store on Friday 29th May around 12.15 p.m. There was only one staff member on site and unfortunately several other customers turned up at the same time.
I knew what I wanted but was told that unless the stock was on site “I would have to order on line”. I was told the (Kew) store “did not order in from other sites” - surprising, as they have done in the past.
I felt rushed, was not helped with my order, did not have an opportunity to use my discount voucher and was then curtly told that delivery would not be for nearly a week. When I said I wouldn’t be there on the date suggested I was brusquely told it would not be earlier - fine, as I had not requested for it to be so.
Overall a poor to very poor customer experience.

We had a great time in the Market …
We had a great time in the market Harborough Store Friday 29th May for a Rose Wine Tasting .
It was very convivial and professionally organised .
We did purchase some new Rose’s to our experiences.
It was a further opportunity to purchase some old favourite Red and White wines …. Not on line this time but in person .
Great to meet familiar staff members , and explore their own work attachments and experience with growers and producers .
It’s a thrill and a special opportunity in itself .
Our party then moved down the road to a pleasant Italian Restaurant, rounding off the evening with much chatter, including discussion about our new purchases .
Thank you for the opportunity to feedback .
We are from Kettering and lost our Majestic Store in recent years .
Northampton or Market Harborough.
Well we meet the challenges and travel afield in search of a full Majestic experience .
