Another first class installation! Can not recommend LDG enough. Thanks again to everybody involved.

We recently employed Lancashire Double Glazing to fit a bay window, bedroom window, 2 cover boards and a new front door. The work was carried out in one and a half days. After completion of the work and on closer inspection we were stunned to see the complete mess the fitters had left our new windows in. Parts of the bay window missing. The cover board in the bedroom not fitted at all. Sealant spread over the new frames and the cover boards ends not fitted. a gap at the top of the window frame.
Following a phone call of complaint a staff member came out to inspect the work. We requested that they send different fitters to make good the original work. Our wishes were ignored and the same fitters arrived back. We didn't let them in and again requested different fitters. No such luck. LDG were insistent on sending the same fitters. It took them as long to put right all the mess as it did to fit the window and door originally. It took another visit, this time by the installation manager to finally finish the windows as sealant had been missed, letting in a draft. All the work has now been rectified. We will never recommend LDG to anyone. We felt totally ignored concerning our wishes. I have posted this review along with photos on Google review. As for their promise to look into it I'm still waiting. Not holding my breath,

The service, quality of the products is of high standard. I love my new front door and I can tell it has been made to a high standard. John and his apprentice who installed my windows and door were lovely and did a really good job. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Had my Kitchen Window replaced... Very professional service from survey, manufacturing and fitting... They kept in contact regarding timescales and fitting....

We had some bi-fold doors fitted to the back of our house. Owen came out to see us and was friendly and helpful, working with us to get it to our specifications (number of panes etc). The surveyor's came out not long after and were also very professional and punctual. Finally, the fitters came to install the doors, which look amazing. Again, everyone was very professional and they did a great job. A few months later, we needed a slight adjustment to and LDG were happy to send someone out to assist. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for work done on their house. We will be using them again for the front door of our property too.

Thank you to everyone for my beautiful windows and doors. This company gave me a good competitive price.
There were a few glitches on the way especially navigating around my work commitment etc as the work did not start on the date agreed (hence the 4 stars ) but it did work out in the end. The incorrect window was put in my back door but Owen sorted it out for me straight away.
John & Ethan did an excellent job installing the windows and John was brilliant with Ethan, his apprentice, very impressed, (5 stars 🌟 👏👏)

Smooth from start to finish. Extremely helpful sales staff who assisted us to choose the right windows for us. The fitters were fantastic - turned up when expected, worked very cleanly, being careful not to damage any decor and very professional. Would not hesitate to us LDG again in the future.

Last windows completed. Yet again, fantastic service. Ged was very professional and like Harry before, tidy, clean, respectful. Definitely a worthwhile local business. No hard sells, gimmicks but very helpful and honest. Five star service from me.

My overall experience with Lancashiredoubleglazing.co.uk proved to be complete satisfaction There was not one area of this team I could fault from office staff to initial sales and above and beyond the fitters and plasterers making an overall excellent final outcome . Having previously used LDG and being happy with the service provided I requested a home visit to speak about replacement windows and doors. So Owen Gilmartin arrived as arranged took some details and went into great detail about Lancashire Double Glazing's history and evidenced his explanation to us. We had many examples shown to us about the doors and windows. Owen allowed us to have a look through the catalogues and we chose our replacement doors and windows, the appointment ran on sometime but he did not rush us at all, he even found out who had been the fitter from our last job to take on our new installation. We are quite happy with both Owen and LDG.

Going with Lancashire Double Glazing Group for my extension was by far the best decision compared to trying to organise builders and contractors myself. The whole process was smooth from start to finish – everyone involved was efficient, turned up on time, and kept everything tidy throughout the work. As part of the project, we also had our living room wall knocked through and replaced with sliding doors, which has completely transformed the space and looks fantastic. We opted for the HUP! system for our extension which has been finished to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Currently on month 4 of what was pitched as a 4 week job.
Constant no shows from some of the trades people, although equally quick to point out that a couple of them have been excellent but let down by an extremely poor back office structure. We have been left to chase up the absentees individually whilst the representative of LDG has blatantly lied about absences as we now know they were sent to other jobs.
Shocking communication throughout and a complete lack of respect for their clients and not a shred of accountability. We were told last Monday that the work would be finished by Friday, only for the electrician to disappear again and us being ignored by the office.

Untrustworthy & disorganised. Would definitely not recommend.

This company did not turn up when booked - causing anxiety for my 91 year old mother. They then claimed that they required a 15% deposit for a new door BEFORE coming to survey the job. This is ridiculous! Shifting the blame for poor communication on to the customer and if this is correct - expecting a deposit before even visiting the property. Give a wide berth!

Our single storey extension was completed by LDG and has been a first class experience from start to finish. Extremely pleased with all work carried out by LDG - from Owen Gilmartin the sales rep who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to the efficient builders, fitters, electricians, plumber and Heather the works co-ordinator who kept us informed of timescales. Cannot fault the workmanship and professionalism of all their contractors. LDG project managed all the works and their communication was faultless.

Excellent service from enquiry, through ordering, delivery and installation.
Customer service was of the highest quality. Thank you everyone concerned.
