I paid £20 for a chosen delivery date
I paid £20 for a chosen delivery date, received a text to tell me the three hour window for delivery and then four hous later a text saying delivery has been cancelled, with a number to call. I call the number to receive an automated message saying the office is closed and use an AI bot! The whole point of paying extra was to get the delivery at a convenient time!

Superb service
The information on the company’s website is clear and easy to understand. After placing my order, the delivery was arranged promptly, and my order arrived accurately and on time.
Although I had a few questions after receiving my order, the customer service team responded to my emails very quickly. They were polite, efficient and incredibly thoughtful in following up and answering my questions. Everything was explained clearly, and my concerns were fully addressed.
I would highly recommend this company. It is quite rare to receive such excellent customer service, and I am very impressed with the whole experience.

An excellent selection of mattresses to choose from
The website was easy to follow and there are a very good selection of beds from different manufacturers to choose from. The descriptions are detailed enabling you to make the correct decision on firmness and ordering was easy. I particularly liked the video explaining the merits of different mattresses. Arranging a delivery date was easy.

It took a while to get to correct quality of mattress in which Land of Beds provided us with. Delivery was only in a few days, and the transaction was very easy. Importantly Land of Beds kept us informed from start to finish.

We bought a single adjustable bed, with extra storage under the bed, a mattress, headboard and an adjustable motor for changing the position of the mattress.
In order to avail myself of 20 % discount, in VAT, I have to fill in a form about my disabilities.At 92, most firms take my word for this. Dr. Oenone Wollaston
