I’ve used this company several times over the years and always find them to be friendly and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed the order on the 18th August and received no confirmation email although the money was taken. I cashed this up and did receive an email once chased. It advises a three to four week wait. After five weeks and no contact I phoned. I was told that they would find out what was happening. I was then told that the delivery people would be in touch to arrange delivery. The items arrived and as soon as they bought in a slated electric double bed frame I knew it was wrong. I told the delivery men and they just bought the rest of the items in. We have our two small single bed bases and headboard but we also have a the bed frame and a double mattress and not the two small single zip up mattresses. It has been a week and even though I phoned them last Friday at 9am (delivery was at 8.40am) they still haven’t sorted anything out. The delivery drivers wouldn’t take back the frame and mattress, I was told to ring Land of Beds it was their problem. I was asked to send photos of the items delivered which I did last Friday morning and still not sorted. No one has rung me. I had an email saying that they have contacted the delivery drivers to ask them to find out missing mattresses. All the items delivered, this includes the wrong items have been labelled with my name and my address. I just want my mattresses. I am having an operation next week and the bed was for my daughter to sleep on. I now have no bed for her. Very disappointed with the service from the moment of ordering through to getting answers. I want my mattresses and I want to get rid of a double slotted base and double mattress. I just want to know what is happening.

A great experience, easy to order & select a preferred delivery date. A fantastic delivery service, I was given a 15 min time slot, the driver was at my door a few mins early, so polite. The mattress was packed well but easy to open and was on the bed in no time. Would definitely recommend.

Whilst the order was received quickly, the item was not what I was expecting. I am told they updated the website with the correct name of the product yesterday, but when I ordered it was wrong. Very misleading.

I did give a two star rating on 21st September regarding delivery and I had an immediate reply from Annie of Land of Beds to apologise for the delay and confirmed that she would investigate which she did and kept me upto date with the situation,The item arrived at the time given the following day, I must congratulate Annie and Land of Beds for the help that they gave me,It is now obvious that they were not in a position to control delivery as it was the resposibility of a Third Party and their responce was excellent. No problem now giving 5 Stars

Spent ages looking for a new mattress and exchanged emails with Kath at Land of Beds who was very helpful. I then had a nasty flare up with my bad back and sciatica which meant we couldn’t delay any longer. After reading buyer’s feedback on the site I decided to get the Dormeo medium all foam one and we are really pleased with it. Price was good, delivery was as quoted and I’m finding it much easier to get comfortable and sleeping much better. It’s nice and light for changing bed linen too.

The store manager Alan was great, would recommend buying a bed from Land of beds.

My wife and I were researching what mattress to buy online, but we wanted to try them. Lands of Beds Wigan was the closest showroom to us that sold Dunlopillo mattresses. As soon as we stepped foot into the showroom, we were greeted by Irene. She was very friendly and helpful, and showed us many options. There was no hard sell from her during our visit. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We settled on a mattress during our visit and it was not the one we had originally set our sights on! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend them!

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I placed my order on 26th July, and at no point during the ordering process was I made aware that the bed was actually out of stock and would take weeks to arrive.

When the expected delivery week passed without any update, I had to chase Land of Beds myself. I then had to chase again during the week I had been told the bed was due to arrive in the UK, as I still hadn’t received any clear communication.

Unfortunately, the bed itself has been just as disappointing. It looks nothing like the advertised images and, in person, looks and feels like very cheap pine. The quality and appearance are nowhere near what I expected from the photographs or the price I paid.

Overall, the lack of communication, the delays and, most importantly, the quality and appearance of the actual product have left me extremely disappointed. I would not have placed the order had I known the true lead time and what the bed would actually look like when it arrived.

Everything went well from looking at the website to calling the office. I was sent a link and then informed of the next steps. The mattress was delivered quickly and easy to set up. Have not slept on it yet but looking forward to it. All good.

We bought the bed on the basis of a delivery before 9th October. We then discover that the best delivery date is 17th Oct!

Land of Beds have been the dream team from start to finish.
Initially the sales team - especially Louise - were helpful and gave good advice on colour choice and selection.
The after sales was also very supportive, and their policy allowed me to change the new mattress that was not providing the sleep support I require. So Sophie in Customer Support discussed the issue with Louise to then help me get the ideal mattress.

Great service guys...and can confidently recommend to anyone.
