I've used Landy's often. Great service. Great value and free postage over £15 is an added benefit. Plus points collection. Everything to love.

I was lucky to find Landys Chemist while searching for an item I buy on a regular basis. The price was amazing and delivery in good time. I will definitely keep a track on what Landys have to offer... Ver más

Found the product I wanted online at Landys at a discounted price. It was delivered by Royal Mail 2 days later and was very well packaged. Very good service, would definitely use again.

Five stars for speed

Five stars for speed! I was so impressed that our order arrived in 2 days (Bath). When you're managing your child's health, having a dependable supplier makes all the difference. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I have ordered many times from this…

I have ordered many times from this chemist and every time they have met my expectations.

However, recently I ordered a product and it got delivered to the wrong address, and I am being asked by ? from customer service to go and pick it up...

He thinks I have all day and night free.
I asked that they send out another product to me and get the original one sent back to them because there will be a delay.

The response is below par customer service and M has not given me email for manager or name and just completely ignored my request

It's service like this that turns customer to bigger firms that care about customers , especially customers who have ordered many times.

Hi there, Unfortunately you offered to go and collect it and then suddenly changed your mind and were putting pressure on us to resend it and make a claim with Royal Mail. We weren't to know you would make this offer and then change your mind.
