As usual lovely staff very helpful and friendly I have to say didn't like the fact my insurance had nearly doubled but that's not the girls fault and was going on holiday so think I would have tried somewhere else which would have been ashame because Laurie Ross is the only company I have dealt with. Happy with your lovely staff not happy with price 🌹

Carol could not have been more helpful, I was checking for both home and car insurance, Carol was efficient and knowledgeable, Kelly was helpful too when I telephoned and Carol was busy with another client.

Laurie Ross are at a different level from other insurance brokers I have dealt with over the years.
They always go above and beyond while ensuring policies suit your needs. Wendy and Sharon are experienced, skilled and professional in all they do.
They've served my requirements when the so called competition have failed.

Excellent service from Kelly from your…
Kelly our advisor from your Kirkintilloch branch was excellent.
I had been trying to get insurance for a second car and the prices I was being quoted were ridiculous.
I hadn’t thought of using a broker before but will definitely again.
A couple of phone conversations with Kelly and it was all set up, the cost was also better than any I had been quoted previously.
