After dissatisfaction with BT due to our location we were left with 1 alternative which was Gigaclear. The process could not have been easier from the installing the cable to the actual installation into the bungalow. The installation as done by Conor Mc K and Joe T.K. and they were extremely efficient and professional.
We now have gone from around an average of 7 Mbps download and an upload of .84 to a download speed of around 300Mbps and an upload speed of around 240Mbps.
Having had internet issues for a new account with gigaclear I have to say Alex G the technical support advisor was absolutely amazing and having had a stressful few days we are up and running!! Thank you Alex and team gigaclear for going above and beyond !!
Just spoke to customer services it did take a while to get through however when I got through Anil was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service provided was quick and efficient and wasn't on longer than I had to be. Anil is a credit to your company

Have been with Gigaclear for 18 months and just renewed contract. Agent who dealt with the renewal was excellent.
Overall very happy with the service, fast and reliable. Unlike other broadband suppliers Gigaclear warn you in advance if work on the system will cause a break in service. The one time there was a network failure we received regular progress reports and estimated time to resolve. A level above other suppliers I have been with whose first reaction is to deny there is a problem and then leave you uninformed as to what is going on.
I have been a broadband customer with Gigaclear for 18 months and it is always so easy to get through to customer services - minimum wait time, uk based and well informed people at the other end.
Coming up to my second renewal with Gigaclear. The customer loyalty team negotiated a competitive renewal for another 18 months service. This process was simple, very clear and handled in a friendly manner.
My Gigaclear service has been excellent since install 30 months ago. I use my own Mesh network routers with hardwired ethernet backhaul for the mesh nodes because of the house structure. I do get expected speeds throughout the house with no dropout. Certainly the promised speed at the wall is delivered and any planned network outage has been communicated in advance with service back online when promised.
We were nearing the end of our contract and following a conversation with a very helpful customer service representative we were able to agree a new contract.
The Gigaclear service has been excellent throughout and is recommended.
Excellent customer service explained everything perfectly and solved everything in a professional way.
Hi I spoke with a very helpful Matt P at Gigaclear. I thought it was going to be long-winded (technical support usually is!) but he couldn't have been more helpful and the problem was resolved painlessly. He even came up with a split WiFi idea and was happy to give his own contact details at Gigaclear should I wish to contact him again.

I spoke to Mo today re my telephone and broad band package going up. He was very polite and helpful but the extent of the package going up to the amount of over double made me think I ought to contact Gigaclear quickly to obtain the discount. I have now had to forego my landline as I cannot afford to keep it on being a pensioner with everything else going up also. He was unable to help me any further.

Spoke to Manasseh as our initial contract period with Gigaclear was coming to an end. He was very understanding of our needs and that as pensioners we needed to keep our cost of living rises to a minimum, so came up with a compromise deal that suited both parties. There was no undue pressure to accept anything and it was nice to talk to a sympathetic agent for once - thanks Manasseh for your help today!

Speeds are great we was on the 500 but moving to the 900 not a bad price.
Not sure if it’s a sky issue or Gig but it does loose connection but not whilst watching. Just loose WIFI moved the extender but had lots of trouble with it but worked fine where it was for a while. So not sure what that’s about

Excellent Support call today resolving the home phone issue and this was followed up with an email explaining what I should do if it happens again.
