Plant Arrived Damaged
The plant arrived with folded leaf ends and damaged fronds. They cannot be fixed; the item should have been packaged much better. Did NOT look anything but ARTIFICIAL. I am returning it for a full refund. EXTREMELY disappointed as I was looking forward to a lovely addition to the room. The quality of their artificial items is not up to a high standard.

My plant arrived with most of the…
My plant arrived with most of the bamboo stalks separated from the cement base - no bubble wrap. It was impossible to fit the stalks into the too few holes, so I abandoned the base, filled the pot with soil and stuck the stalks in that. Fortunately, the plant was in the sale as I would never have paid full price. Otherwise,it does the job as a screen in my kitchen window. As a note: I had left a note on my door to ask the courier to place the parcel in my shed at back because I had a cold and did not was to traipse downstairrs to have to sign. It was only £14.99 so I was annoyed that it had to be signed with a surly courier.

We are sorry you were unhappy with the courier service used and that they required a signature from you. Unfortunately we don't have any control over individual delivery drivers and as many are subcontracted they need to obtain a signature in order to be paid by the delivery company as is common in the industry. We apologise if this was inconvenient for you .
We have had no contact about any other issues and haven't heard back from the email we sent you offering to rectify any problems you have had. We are always happy to resolve any problems so please get in touch with us.

Superb experience! Have a gorgeous new plant pot which is amazing quality and really reasonably priced, plus it arrived the day after I ordered it! Can't say enough good about this company.

REALISTIC AND STUNNING
I have just recently purchased an artificial tree for my conservatory and two spiral trees to go outside my front door. I am over the moon with my purchases they are so realistic and great value for money. The firm Leafplants I came across whilst browsing on the website and I am so glad I ordered with them. They are so obliging as I did order one item and had to return it but Leafplants arranged Hermes to collect my order and this was done within a few days of emailing them and it arrived back within a few days and my account was credited immediately. I cannot praise this company enough thank you so much I will certainly tell all my friends and family and will not hesitate to shop again with you

Excellent bay trees
Excellent bay trees. I bought a pair for outside front door. They are very realistic. Had lights on them at Christmas and every one admired them.

Regarding the damage to your pot - you emailed us and let us know the courier had damaged this in transit and we resolved this immediately for you. I’m sorry you didn’t feel able to rate us more highly on our service as we do try to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible and were under the impression that you were happy with the resolution we provided for you.

We are so sorry to hear you have had a problem with your delivery. We do our best to pack all our items well and thoroughly bubble wrapped. As with all parcels sent via courier services items can occasionally arrive damaged but these issues are easily resolved.
Checking our details you ordered over two months ago at the beginning of December 2017 but we have no email or contact from you whatsoever letting us know there was any problem - we would have been more than happy to sort this out for you as all our parcels are fully insured.
We are always happy to help with regard to any problems with delivery and are still happy to find a solution to this - I have sent you an email this evening.

Very good plants
I ordered two plants for my conservatory which I wanted to be able to withstand the cold and hot extremes in there. My last few plants have died. I haven't had artificial ones before but these are ace, look better than the real ones.
