The craftsmanship on their corsets is outstanding - strong structure, precise stitching, and they shape exactly the way a proper corset should. Customer service was quick and helpful with sizing, and delivery arrived earlier than expected. I’m very impressed and will definitely order again.

Update: the 2 missing items were finally delivered in late December 2025 (after 6 months!), so I upgraded the rating from 1 to 3 (considering the hours lost and the stress incurred during 6 months).

Reply: I did send you the measurements on 27 June and you acknowledged receipt of them on 30 June. Now, again no replies to my emails and phone calls. Can we communicate here instead? Is it on the way now?

I refer to Order #217412 (6 products totaling £843.40).
I already had huge problems receiving the first 4 products, which were blocked at the German customs for 1 month due to a wrong declaration.
Now, the two remaining items are still missing after 5 months! Please send me urgently (after 5 months!):

My good lady wanted three items. A skirt, dress and vest top. We bought the skirt and i have to say she loves it and it fits beautifully and is of good quality. Trying to choose the right size of some items is not easy as the company dont provide a proper sizing chart with measurement details for you to decide on the correct size....or for you to decide upon a made to measure garment. I wrote to the company twice and did not receive a reply. I tried and did receive a reply on Facebook on a Sunday (appreciated this whilst out of hours)... but no detail to help sizing and no follow up on the Mon/Tue. Considering we were going to order another £400-£600 in items this was disappointing to say the least. So, my feedback is mixed. Lovely skirt with swift delivery...but poor customer service as far as wanting to give more business. Disappointing really as we purchased similar items elsewhere.

Ordered over a week ago, no goods have arrived despite them being in stock when I ordered and the website advising 48 hours delivery

No response to me chasing via email initially but Ash did get in touch and reminded me that the promotion I'd used had delivery times that were longer than standard.

Initial emails had been missed but communication is fast now that it's been picked up

Feel like communication overall could be improved having spent a week emailing every other day but I'm very excited for my items to arrive now

Swift delivery and a minor hiccup (one wrong product delivered) was corrected at once. The clothes were of great quality.

I bought a few items over the years and the quality always met my expectations.
Also, if you need assistance, their customer support will do a great job.

I am very happy with my purchase of the leather underwear. Product is extremely well made and fits perfectly. These are my go-to underwear!!

I am giving 3 stars only because their communication was pretty good. They did respond in a fairly timely matter. I ordered a copper colored corset. What they sent was actually IVORY color and it even had a label that said “copper” but it was nowhere near copper color. They responded, eventually, and told me to keep the ivory corset, and they re-ordered The copper one. When I received the replacement corset; it was STILL nothing like the color shown on the website, but a boring brown color. However, they were very responsive and I would give them a high score on communication. At the same time I ordered an orange corset and what they sent was a light peach color. Again; nothing like the color I needed and was shown on the website. I would not order from them again, because their colors are not anything like the pictures on their website, nor could they get it right for me. The company is supposedly UK but it seems like the items come directly from China.

A good experience. Ordered the hood and it arrived within a month

I placed an order paying £35 delivery expecting it to be delivered within 48hours as stated on the website when purchasing. Since purchasing the item I have only received one email from the company saying awaiting shipping and a tracking number isn’t assigned to my order as of yet. This is nearly coming up to a week later and I still haven’t received my item I was expecting within 48hours nor have I received an updated email with a tracking number provided. I politely written an email to the company if they could provide me with a tracking number and update me on the status of my order and haven’t yet received any email back or heard from the company since the first email they sent when purchasing the item. This company has lack of communication and is now making me question if I have been scammed or not. If I was you I wouldn’t waste your time or money ordering from leatherotics.co.uk as I am very disappointed with my experience with them so far!! I am hoping they can communicate with me about receiving my order otherwise I’ll have to speak to my bank about potentially being scammed.

UPDATE:

I managed to speak to somebody and they informed me that when ordering my item was out of stock but wouldn’t be long until it was dispatched and they hadn’t managed to get back to my email and was apologetic explaining that they are a small family run business. I have now received my order and am really happy with the quality of the product the item is as described and feels amazing!! and is heavy duty leather not what I was expecting. It’s just a shame that the website states delivery within 48 hours and this wasn’t true especially after paying £35 delivery.

Placed an order, no communication regarding shipment, trying to contact them - they don’t reply. Having to raise a fraud case. Utterly terrible, stay away - they will just take your money

AVOID THIS RETAILER

I placed my order many weeks ahead of an event. It was for a corset and thong.

They only sent the thong but the invoice was complete.

Any attempts to contact them have been met with silence. Multiple emails sent since 15/03 asking for updates or any communication at all.

Called all week Monday-Saturday and left voicemails. Not once did they pick up and I tried several times a day. Social media also has no replies.

Essentially, they have taken my money, sent the cheapest item (in a shoddy cut that’s uneven and asymmetrical), and ghosted me.

I feel scammed. There’s no way to get money back without raising a fraud claim with one’s bank, which I might as well do.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Edit: after receiving an email on Sunday (yesterday) that I’d receive tracking and the other part of my order “asap”, I have had no further response. No tracking information has been sent.

As if my trust was already broken by this company. I have emailed twice, called and now editing this review - as the review was the only thing that got my a reply…

EDIT 2:

The company assured me very late yesterday 24/03 my corset would be here by Thursday.

This morning just after 7am they reply to my REVIEW again - but not my emails, calls and voicemails or on social media.

Now 12 hours after they confirm I’ll receive my order they cancel it. I found out because of their reply to my review here.

They claim I’ll be refunded but have received no confirmation from any banking provider regarding this.

This company is a shambles!

Very late delivery and no answer from them about the delay, poor performance for expencive stuff, never buying again here !!!!
It look like dropshipping from China, will be also poor quality i think.

Company promised to deliver by the. 14th feb, and pulled through.

Kept me updated with emails and a ref number. Arrived by recorded delivery at 10am.
