Am 12.12. wurde meine Bestellung abgegeben und bezahlt. Dann habe ich fast drei Wochen nichts vom Verkäufer gelesen außer eine Bestellbestätigung und dass die Sendung seitdem für den Versand "vorbereitet" wird.
Die daraufhin gestartete Kommunikation war gut und verbindlich und tatsächlich war die Lieferung am 4.1.dann endlich da.

Schnell geht es also nicht. Das Produkt ist aber hervorragend verarbeitet und passt gut. Werde es mit eigenen kleinen Änderungen sicherlich gern tragen.

Ein von zwei bestellten Produkten wurde retourniert (per Einschreiben) mit der Bitte um Zusendung einer Nummer kleiner. Retoure bei Empfänger angekommen am 01.11.24. Keine Änderung des Retour Status im Kundenprofil. Keine Reaktion auf Nachfrage nach aktuellem Bearbeitungsstand. Mit etwas Verzögerung wurde jedoch die Zusendung der gewünschten Ware veranlasst (ca. 16.11.2024). Zusendungen brauchen etwas Zeit, da sie durch den Zoll laufen. Qualität der Produkte sehr zufriedenstellend.

Item arrived 24h after dispatch and fit perfectly! Customer support ended up offering a significant discount after a few conversations. Would order again

ordered an item last tuesday (oct 22) and it's now nov 1st with no updates since the 27th. apparently my item was "with the production team" despite it being in stock when i checked out and paid. Got my shipping refunded but no updates since and it's been a crappy experience from start to finish as apparently the onus is on me to repeatedly follow up. Zero initiative on their end. Don't bother calling as they don't pick up - I'll change my review when they actually send me the item i paid £60 for.

Thank you so much for working with me to get the corseted dress to me on time, I wanted to let you guys know that I posted it on social media and it went viral! Everyone loves the outfit and I have been directing them to you guys, I hope I was able to give you some business.

Have placed 2 orders with this company.
The first order was processed and dispatched within 2 days, and received within another 2 days.
Item size came up smaller than expected, and leather badly creased and distorted. Emailed the company and told to "stuff" the item with packing and leave for several days to reshape itself and that they would mention the sizing problem with production.
2nd order placed as a gift and bearing in mind the fast dispatch of first order I expected it to arrive in plenty of time. Order updated on their system to say awaiting dispatch and hasn't changed since. Contacted via email to ask when it would ship to wait 12+ hours for a reply to tell there there was an issue with the buckles and awaiting production to sort, no new dispatch date given. Tried calling the 0800 number, no one ever answers.....
Emailed again as received no response, and ignored. Called again multiple times on the 0800 number and again no one ever answers, and send further emails. No response to any of the emails.
Have contacted my card company to cancel the payment as goods not received, and zero communication from the company.
I'm not the first person to mention lack of communication with this company, lesson learnt and won't order from them again.

Habe am 1.4 bestellt mit Rabettcode geld wurde mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Leider ist der Artikel nie gekommen und auf meine Mails wurde nicht geantwortet. Kurz nach der Bestellung kam eine Mail warten auf versand danach nichts mehr gehlrt keine Sendungsnummer nichts. E-Mail bliben alle unbeantwortet.
Habe so fast 500Euro verloren.

Had a bit of a time crunch due to my schedule, and found a beautiful men’s coat just perfect for a special event. All possible effort was graciously extended, and with all the helpful delivery notifications, I relaxed. Coat arrived, fit perfectly, and I love and appreciate the fine customer attention and wonderful clothing. Fantastic combination!

Had a custom corset created for my partner, not just a custom size but unique design. Time from emailing if my request was possible to reply was same day, upon ordering measurements were requested same day,delivery was within approx 3 weeks. Delivered corset exactly how i requested it be made very happy, certainly order another

Fantastic products. Really well made. Bit of a wait for delivery but I'd ordered sale items and didn't realise it was 15 day dispatch for them, so my fault for not seeing that. But well worth the wait!

Fantastic customer service. Brilliant workmanship and materials. Beautiful leather and great attention to detail. Very pleased with my purchase and the price.

I ordered a custom corset and a custom waistcoat/vest top from here, and when the order arrived it only contained the corset. The corset sizing was also wildly incorrect, despite it supposedly being custom to my measurements.

I requested alterations, and after waiting extra time for a second package, a refund on the unsent item, and they just didn't reply.

Ordered a leather short with made to measure, but it wasn't made according made to measure. Mailed and they would make another short(Ok I have sent it to the production team again and we will produce accordingly). No reaction after that at all(more than 2 months after that and mailed several times. No aftersales at all.
After half a year got a new short. This time it's okay. Quality of the short is five stars, but I stick to three stars due to the bad after sales.

Das Produkt ist hübsch, aber die Rücksendung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Schon der Umstand, dass nur versicherter Rückversand zugelassen ist - aus welchen Gründen? Darüber hinaus gibt es kein Retoure-Formular für den Zoll vonseiten Leatherotics. Habe mehrfach angefragt und keine Antwort erhalten. Ohne diesem Formular kam die Rücksendung allerdings zurück.
Ich sitze nun auf zwei Produkten wovon mir eines überhaupt nicht passt und bin mein Geld los.
So schön die Sachen auch sind: Ihr seid euch entweder sehr sicher, dass die Sachen passen oder ihr sucht euch lieber einen Verkauf mit Standort in Europa.

Have purchased from Leatherotics over a number of years. Always very helpful. We decided to order a leather catsuit and some other made to measure items. The order arrived and the fit and quality is absolutely superb. Amazing attention to detail. And not expensive especially for made to measure items. Value for money that would be difficult to beat.

I placed an order on 11 Jan 24, but I didn't receive the item yet. Not sure, when I will be receiving the same.

Custom made costumes provided for us, and any issues are always fixed on time. Would highly recommend, as we are repeat customer.

Great turn around time, incredible quality garments made to measure. Ash was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Would 100% recommend Leatherotics.

Made a brilliant set of dance costumes for high profile event. Extremely well made, good quality and very clearly considered the need for movement and durability.

Abysmal Customer Service.

My partner and I have been attempting to get a custom set of lingerie done since January to no avail.

What started as regular communication with the sales team turned into complete ghosting of all communications. We had got to the point where we had an estimate and sent in the measurements. We were told production was supposed to start in February and ship out on March 4th. However, there was no payment set-up, no confirmation of order shipped, or any proof it was being worked on.

We attempted to reach out multiple times via Email, phone, and the Reddit QnA thread. All sttempts have been ignored. We were really looking forward to this piece, but it appears we wasted our time waiting for a response that would not come.

I'd recommend doing like we did and take your business elsewhere..
