These guys are rubbish. Imagine not having a payment portal for the hot water they charge people for and everything is based off estimation and not an actual meter reading. No records of payment, absolute trash. Feels like they've got just 2 staff back end who send you loads of threatening emails. One of them is called Katy! worst provider I have seen by a mile after oneutility.

After about a ten minute wait, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, undated our account and arranged for the refund due to a credit on the account. Very pleasant phone call.
