du grand n'importe quoi en 2022 0euros en 2023 75euros en 2024 85euros en 2025 BOUM 180euros alors que j'utilise que du recyclé déjà taxé et mon volume n'a pas changé donc 2x taxé et x2 sur le prix mais ils te sortent un discourt pompeux en te disant que c'est normal que tu ne rentre pas dans les cases enfin quand tu arrives à les avoir car ils ne répondent jamais aux mails ni au téléphone c'est juste des gros voleurs des suceurs qui se sont greffé sur le dos des écolos les particuliers ne paient rien et vendent à gogo sur le net et toi bim tu t'en prends plein la gueule pour pas un rond il y en marre de ses sociétés qui ne sont là que pour s'enrichir sur le dos des petites sociétés et on se demande pourquoi 1 société sur 3 ferment leurs portes tous les ans quand c'est pas eux qui te taxent c'est autre chose ...

We are a registered company on Leko, relying on them for the EPR compliance.
Have emailed them numerous times regarding paying the invoice. Contacted them on FB. No reply, no communication, no aknowldegment. Was very frustrating to register. Simply impossible to deal with.

This company lies and pretends they are charging fees based on government rules. This is a LIE.

They charge you double and keep it for themselves.

Avoid at all costs.

Just like the other review, evrything went smoothly in my first year with Leko.

Second year my fee went from €80 per year to €150, however I was told I would be credited the extra €70 once I submitted my declaration.

I tried to submit the declaration, I had no idea what I was doing, I asked for help, sent screenshots to ask for confirmation that it was correct - no response. Then as soon as it was submitted they finally answer to say I had done it incorrectly so I will not receive my overpayment.

They had told me that the €70 extra payment was the rule in France, government imposed. However after speaking to other organisations the cost is still €80 - so they lied and just took an extra €70 from everyone. Scammers.

I am also a small business. Having to pay these extra fees are enough of a joke without having these lazy supposed "tree huggers" charge double so they can spend it on paper straws and natural deodorant.

I am switching to Citeo, they are still €80 and have great reviews. Stay away from Leko. I am also reporting them and I plan to get my money back, I recommend everyone else do the same.

I was very surprised to not see other reviews for Leko given the many discussion boards I have visited discussing their business practices.

We are a small business in France registered as an auto-entrepreneur shipping a few hundred parcels a year within France. In our first year with Leko everything proceeded smoothly. In our second year Leko added a mountain of hurdles in an attempt to charge us double what we should have been paying.

We repeatedly tried to upload our detailed declaration which took some hours to complete and was unnecessarily complicated. Leko's system would not accept it. We wrote numerous emails asking for help and providing a copy of our declaration for Leko to confirm our bill should have been 80 Euros + VAT for the year. Leko delayed answering and assisting until the time when a detailed declaration was no longer allowed to be made in an attempt to seize the full rate from us. It took months for emails to be answered and when they were no help was offered.

It is clear Leko's systems and customer services are seriously lacking. We have been in contact with another provider who was very helpful and can even transfer our UIN over.

In summary we provided all the information Leko needed to calculate our bill as requested. We responded instantly to all of their communications. They did not respond in a timely manner, they did not process that repeatedly supplied information and bill us 80 Euros + VAT correctly.

They have failed us and many other small businesses across France. There are other companies offering these services and we would suggest looking elsewhere. Especially if you are a small business.
