After 2 months of wear the stitching came away right along the fronts. Contacted Lelli Kelly customer service. And there reply was it was just wear and tear and there was nothing they would do. 2 months at £49 a pair they shouldn't do that.. Will never purchase lelli Kelly's again..

The absolute worst online store
The absolute worst online store. Never allowed me to return a pair of shoes and scammed me. Also they are impossible to get into contact with.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience that caused foot pain in my daughter feet.
And when I made complaint the CS staff told me they are not responsible because they done make it. They just sell it here in UK. After using couple of months, in the school shoes one knot is appear on the heal.
My daughter complains on daily basis that her feet hurting but I never noticed. After couple of appointments with GP, she wants to see her shoes then I realised what's going on.
On top of that with the lilly Kelly stamp on shoes the staff asked me about the receipt. Pathetic people never realise when same thing happens to their family what they feel.
They asked me check your bank account or request in the store for proof of purchase.
Shame on you all lilly Kelly staff and makers and distributors.
Just shame on you.
I am telling you again this is not the first pair which I bought. My girl used to wear these company shoes when she was 4. I never save the receipts.
But etiquette said that accept your fault. And admit it.

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price
I bought a pair of Lelli Kelly school shoes for my daughter for £60, expecting good quality given the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, the shoes scuffed almost instantly and have now developed a gaping hole—well before the school year is even over.
For the price, I expected durability, but these shoes haven’t even lasted a full academic year. What’s worse is that we also bought a pair of school shoes from Asda for £16, and they’ve held up far better—no scuffs, no holes, and still going strong.
I’m really disappointed in the quality and won’t be buying Lelli Kelly school shoes again. Definitely not worth the money.
Appalling
Appalling, purchased school shoes and they haven’t even lasted a month. Emailled with concerns and advised ‘wear and tear’ paying £55 for a pair of shoes should last longer than a month. Disgusted by the quality and service
You need to do better on sizes
You need to do better on sizes, virtualy impossible to get a size 3 in anything. Wanted the pink unicorn uppers for my daughter but seems you only do upto 2.5 and sizes above 4, makes no sence.
TWO LEFT FEET
My daughter was gifted a lovely pair of Lelli Kelly shoes for her birthday. They were purchased before her birthday by her grandmother. Gone to put the shoes on her and theres two left feet!!! gutted. Contacted customer services to be told due to the time frame they cannot do anything. I fully appreciate a refund cant be given. I am not asking for that I just simply want the right shoe. Maybe packing staff need to be trained in left and right. Completely going against the consumer rights act and selling £60 shoes that arent fit for purpose. I expected more from such a well known company. Will not accept or purchase again!!
Avoid, wrong items sent, no refund
Sent me two pairs of shoes, one wrong size, had to pay for tracked return and then ignored me requesting refund.

I have never been treated in such a discusting way by customer advisor. I phoned regarding the return because the shoes didn't fit even tho J ordered the right size. When I explained that it's not my fault as customer who did order the right size but it didn't fit. In this situation why do I have to pay for return. Then I got nothing but abuse from customer advisor shouting at me and told me to RETURN IT OR SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS!!! Absolutely vile and disgraceful customers advisor. What kind of people do you employe. Is this the kind of training you give them to abuse customers and use discasting language? I emailed the manager 3 or 4 times now explaining everything asking her to contact me back but heared absolutely nothing back from her. I send her a copy of my receipt proof that I send the shoed back last week but still haven't received my refund. No only I had to pay extra for sending it back but I got abused and heard nothing back from this company. Can the manager get back to me with my refund and I want to make a big complaint.
Low quality shoes
Low quality shoes, I bought my 9 year old shoes for school and they lasted 8 weeks before the back split, unfortunately the shop I bought them from closed down so I couldn't return them, I thought I'd email the official website after multiple emails sent with no reply....poor costumer service, low quality shoes...

Disappointing experience
I was very disappointed to receive a ripped old box for the shoes and that the usual gift (lip balm or similar) was also missing.
The only good thing about this shop was the speed of the delivery.
I wouldn’t buy from here again and would instead buy direct from Lelli Kelly.
My daughter loves them!
Delivery was quick & easy. My daughter loves them and has worn them everyday since she got them and even wears them in the house. She is a child with sensory needs & would only wear sketchers and no other shoes so I brought her Lelli Kelly’s to see if she would like them and I’m glad I brought her them! Thank you!!!
DO NOT BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE
Awful customer service experience!
I bought some shoes on the website but the size wasn't quite right, I requested a replacement on November 14th, it took a bit to arrange due to misunderstandings, and finally it was decided that as I could not pick it up at the originally address (cause by that time it will have arrived later than 29th November), it was going to be sent to a different address, one on the Canary Island.
Lelli Kelly received the package on December 4th and I was told it was going to be sent that day or the day after. That didn’t happen and I had no information for a week cause my emails were unanswered. I called on December 11th, to be told the package was going to be sent tomorrow and I will be given the tracking code, once again, that didn’t happen. I called again December 12th and was told package has been sent and I will receive the tracking code tomorrow because it wasn’t available yet.
On December 13th, I received an email saying it has been decided not to deliver to the Canary Island due to the high cost. I think I’m a very reasonable person, so I understand the delivery will have to be to the original adress.
But I don’t understand the delay, if I had been told before I will have worked something out earlier. I don’t understand been ignored; my emails were left unanswered purposefully because it was inconvenient to reply. I don’t understand being lied to, I was told in three different occasions that the package was about to be sent or already sent.
And above all, I don’t understand that I compromised to have it be sent to the original adress with only one request, for it to arrive before the 29th December (more than two weeks’ time, which the webpage says it should even arrive before Christmas), and I’m once again left unanswered.
I gave Lelli Kelly the opportunity to step up, turn the incident around and just provide a regular service. Send the package now and I will receive it on time, the customer service will still have been awful but at least I will have what I requested and not just lost a month. Still no answer
