Poor quality for the price
Have bought my grandaughter these shoes the last 3 years at around £60 a pair, they havnt lasted long, very poor quality will never be buying these again.
Always bought my daughter clarks and worth every penny,, so it's clarks I shall get grandaughter from now on

Would not recommend. Having purchased Lelli Kelly brand shoes for years for my daughter attending school, this years straps fell apart after around 6 weeks at school, star completely detached from it. Directed to email customer services, I did so. Unfortunately for my daughter and I, they were dismissive and uninterested saying there are another two sets of straps so they’re still useable. Shocking customer service. My daughter used the star straps because they were her favourite, but never mind, Lelli Kelly couldn’t care less that they provided faulty footwear. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of a ‘Senior Sales Manager’ who did NOTHING to resolve the issue.
Poorly made, do not last, customer service non existent. Go elsewhere! I will not purchase again!!

I ordered a pair of Ellis pink boots for my niece from Italian website, a week after i gave them to her the glitter is coming off the side of boot. After several attempts to get a contact to return the product i was informed of the following :

after checking with our technical department and considering the fact that we are using this material from several years without experiencing any problem we inform you that the conditions of the shoes have to be attributed to wear and tear.

wear and tear after a week - what a joke, worst customer service ever and i wouldn't recommend the product or company to anyone.

an expensive lesson learnt, i won't be buying any further products from this brand and really wished i had come across these reviews prior to ordering.
i hope this review saves somebody else from going through the hassle and frustration.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered online. I have ordered two pairs of black school shoes from their office in Italy. Paid for fast delivery. Two day later I received one pair of glittery shoes 4 size too small. OK mistakes happen, clearly I got someone else's order. I wrote an email to ecommercelk, no response, email to the person that sent ne the invoice, no response. Called the office the next day - responsible person OOO, called the next day and was asked to send pictures, no apology. Took pictures, sent an email, no response. Finally after a chaser email the next day I was told my shoes are now dispatched and DHL will pick up the incorrectly sent shoes the next day -BTW print this and stick it onto the return (that was at the end of the day, so not sure what would I do had I not have a printer). Well, received my shoes two days later, no extras in the package included for the inconvenience. No reimbursement for fast shipment (took 7 business days to get my order).

I have returned one pair of the shoes I ordered through Royal Mail track and signed. After they were delivered to Lelli Kelly, I have contacted them on 3 different email addresses to say I am awaiting a refund. Needless to say I am still waiting- for any reaction to my email and for the reimbursement.

These were the last shoes I bought from this company. And I am actively discouraging anyone from buying from them.

Poor customer service. I order my daughters schools to arrive the next day and paid for that service.
The shoes did not arrive dispite my efforts via email and phone have received no response shocking.

The worst shoes I have ever had! One pair 53£, second 65£ and both needs repairing. They looks nice when you buying it and after month are just for a trash

Very poor customer service! I have ordered a pair of shoes which didn't fit. I have sent those back and 3 weeks later still waiting for my refund. I was advised by them to send it by 2nd class and now they are requesting proof of post. In the mean time I ordered new pair (and they were helpful then) but last week I received 3rd pair of shoes that I didn't ordered. Seems like the customer service is disorganised! Waste of time by chasing refund and extra trip to post office. I wouldn't recommend

Over priced and poor quality. This company banks on fancy advertising to sell there products, but the quality is poor. Don't waste your money.. Also bad customer service.

What a absolutely joke, we brought these shoes and Velcro came apart two months into the new September school term. Making are six year old fell on her face and grazing her self. So we Send emails to the shop I got them from they sent me to lelli Kelly uk whom did absolutely nothing, whom then sent me to lelli Kelly direct whom are now sent me back to the first shop.

Absolutely unbelievable I am discussed with the service and the product and no one is taking blame. £57 for a pair of shoes and my daughter can’t wear them. 😡😡😡

The shoes are wonderfull!!
The quality is fabulous, great profile and Finnish as well as quality padding inside especially around the heel area, so soft and flexible my daughter absolutely loves them!!

The order arrived in a dinky rose coloured box complete with pom pom socks and a sweet pink pouch holding a further 2 interchangeable straps, 1 with a bow and the other with the LellI Kelly logo, both super cute and will be used.

Any kids with wide feet out there, go order
a G fitting from the store direct, you won't be disappointed! 5 star!!

My daughter has had a pair of Kelly Kelly school shoes for 9 months and they have completely fallen apart through no fault ornament her own ! For something. You charge so much for I’m appalled beat the quality of material used.

I purchased a pair of Lelli Kelly school shoes for my daughter starting back September 2018. After 8 weeks of wear the sole has come away from the upper shoe & the patent is pealing off! I have emailed the company three times with pictures to absolutely no avail, not even a generic response! The shoes were clearly not fit for purpose & considering the price tag I am utterly appalled. The customer service is non existent and I am sorely out of pocket, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I bought this pair of boots online through their Amazon shop as a birthday present for my partner. After using them for the first time (unfortunately, that was after the 30 day return period), she noticed that they were different from one another! The left one appears to be an original Dr. Martens and the right one appears to be a fake! (As can clearly be seen in the attached picture).
After contacting the seller (Hirst Footwear Limited), they quickly dismissed my complaint, without even offering me an apology. They instead claimied that their quality checks would have not allowed the product to be dispatched in that condition, basically calling me a liar.

I strongly advice all potential buyers to refrain from buying anything from Hirst Footwear Limited.

Lelli kelly colourissama £55 and when u colour the love hearts in and it rains the colour runs into there socks not happy and cant get in contact with the company them selfs
