Terrible, my child's shoes lasted 12 weeks before all the patent at the front had come off and the front coming away from them. First & last time buying.

Bought these shoes as part of my granddaughter's Xmas present.
Tge shies arrived quickly and well packaged. They look excellent and I know she will love them

Lovely boots reasonable priced delivery was quick but disappointed with the box they came in slightly damaged looked like they were old stock !
Hopefully my granddaughter loves them for Xmas

Stay away from this seller. Fake Lelli Kelly shoes and charging the original price and when you contact customer service you are going to deal with an ARROGANT, RUDE, inhumane representative called JUDE who has no will to help. Dealing with this company is impossible. My blood is boiling just by looking at this person’s name. I can not REITERATE this enough, SPARE YOUR ENERGY AND YOUR CASH AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worse purchase I’ve ever made. I spent £64 on the special edition apple charm shoes and on the first day of school the bows fell off. I emailed them to say we wanted a refund, they refused and sent us a single bow in the post? Really poor quality shoes and even worse customer service. Do not buy these shoes they are a rip off!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! If there was an option to give no stars then that's what I would give. This company has zero customer service skills but a special mention to Jude who was extreamly rude, talked over every sentence and didn't have a care in the world with regards to my complaint regarding a pair of lelli kelly shoes we had purchased for £65. The shoes may as well have been produced in a nursery for the condition they were in. Scuffed with orange marks across the front on arrival and then after one day of wearing them for school the leather has all came away on the front (apparently this is normal as Jude with 30 years experience says) general wear and tear after one day on a £65 product. Company wouldn't offer replacement and wouldn't offer refund. They wouldn't listen and just continued to say the shoe was satisfactory. The shoe was lelli kelly and had black bows on the front, those bows both fell off again after one day of wearing the product. The company offered to send a new bow only even after a colleague had admitted that there was a faulty batch ordered. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. SEVERAL REVIEWS STATING SIMULAR ISSUES!!!! SCAMMERS all about money as a pose to customer satisfaction.

My daughter had the chain lelli Kelly shoes with the hearts on for school at £60. they have broken in the back and the metal hearts have melted into the side of the shoe and stained. Awful shoes not fit for any purpose. She wore them for one day! I’ve tried to contacting lelli Kelly but no answer, the store I got them from want to charge me again to return them. Which I’m not prepared to do

I am so disgusted to discover after only 3 weeks of purchasing ‘angel’ chain school shoes they have gone mouldy! The insole of the shoe is obviously not fit for purpose and has zero ventilation. I have emailed LK and independent retailer with no response as of yet. I would avoid at all costs as from speaking to other parents they have had similar issues in previous years with mould too. This is something LK urgently need to redesign as a 5 year old being exposed to mould is certainly not what I’d expect from a £60 pair of shoes.
UPDATE-
I have received a refund from the independent retailer where I purchased the shoes from. LK advised the retailer to keep the shoes for 3 months after any refunds have been issued. LK are accepting no responsibility for the faulty shoes despite hundreds if not thousands of shoes presenting with the same issue. They continue to blame the buyers despite no other shoes on the market having this same issue. They are now continuing to threaten me via email due to me posting reviews online of the shoes and raising awareness of the issue. They continue to act unprofessional and are happy to leave paying customers with mouldy shoes and small businesses out of pocket to try and protect their name. They are now trying to have this review removed from trustpilot. I have proof of all conversations between myself and the retailer and my returns receipt. LK stated they have spoke to the retailer of which I purchased the shoes from. I can confirm this is lies as no correspondence has been made to them other than through the selling agent who stated at the beginning it’s outwith her control and the shop was to deal with LK direct.
I would avoid this uncaring, unprofessional, notoriously lying brand at all costs!! Our children’s health is the most important thing- something they have no concern over. LK main concern is protecting their brand and their profits. Disgusting to say the least!

Amazing customer service, friendly, polite went out of their way to help me. Website easy to use. Delivery quick and trackable. Returns easy to do and refund quick (I ordered the wrong size).
Highly recommend and will 100% be ordering from them again.

Spent 60 pound on new school shoes daughter wore them twice and unicorn has fell off already have contacted lelli kelly completely ignored please don't waste your money I will be spreading the word at my school and others thanks for nothing want a full refund now

I have always ordered Lelli Kelly’s and never had a problem, always bought from other stores but was struggling to get the size I need this year so I ordered from the Lelli Kelly website, they arrived on time, I had a very excited little girl, until we opened the box to try them on, the shoes was in such horrible condition , they was glue all under the sole and around the sides , was like a child had made them! So disappointed , this is so not like Lelli Kelly standards 😳 I emailed straight away & received a reply not 5 mins later, I have returned my order & am awaiting refund, there not a cheap shoe neither! So very disappointing and one unhappy little girl that day. We have had to order from elsewhere and they have come and are perfect!

These are our 3rd pair of Lelli Kelly school shoes and until now have been really pleased with them. We ordered them directly from Lelli Kelly as the shoe shop didn’t have the size. I paid for next day delivery and they indeed arrived on time. They arrived with both black bows burst at the seem. So on the first day of school my daughter wore her shoes without the bows! Not a huge issue in the grand scheme of problems but at £72 ( including next day delivery) I would have expected better. I have emailed customer services twice and have so far not received a reply. Very disappointed Since sending this review I have since sent in my ref number for the shoes. It gets a worse….. got a response from Lelli Kelly , they indeed did send out replacement bows but advised that I PUT A STITCH in the new bows as they recognised they were faulty!!! Won’t be stitching anything. Will never buy another pair again.

Ordered shoes they were delivered promptly but were wrong size , no problem they were picked up by Royal Mail next day & money was back in account quickly so placed another order very pleased with experience would recommend.
