I dont have a good Experience
I dont have a good Experience. I wrote them email with information that one item is missing in my package - answer was that my order is corrent , that they checked quantity in warehouse…so I dont have a dress and any money back . Very dissapointed:/

Hello, Martina, thank you ver much for your order. You are writing this review on June 28th for an order received in first week of January this year, which is 6 months ago and was replied and fully checked. We can not refund items that were received and not returned. We have several ways of checking if an item was indeed shipped and received; warehouse check, pick list, system check, weight of package done in our warehouse before shipment and again weight independently by transport company. If the item was not shipped it would be noticeable by that weight, system and actual warehouse check. This was informed earlier and we again thank you very much for your order. regards Anne-Marie
Sadly, a very bad experience
Made my first order from them hoping to surprise my toddler with some pretty skirts but my experience was awful. Not happy with the product and customer service. Ordered some Dolly pettiskirts and a dark/light duo colored skirt was shedding like crazy. The closet and all other clothes were covered with black fabric dust. The skirt is unwearable even after rinsing it. The store told me it is normal and offered no solution or compensation. Very disappointed and will sadly not be buying again from them 🥺

Hello , Thank you very much for you order. ( which was quite a while ago in Sept. 2022) Yes, that is considered normal and did happen sometimes with that particular 2-toned color you are referring to. All tutus are being hand made and new and because of fabric becoming static. The skirt should certainly not be unwearable after rinsing it, since you can easily rinse or wash the skirt. Also shaking or vacuuming will make the partikels go away and stay away. We have a lot of experience with this for almost 2 decades and shedding will go away, in case it is and again is just because it's new and hand made and hand cut fabric and nothing to worry about. We did offer solution on how to solve it, so skirt should be very good to wear now. Regards Anne-Marie

Perfect wedding shoes
I desperately wanted pointe style flats for my wedding and to be able to match with my flower girls so I naturally found the Dolly shoes, and I am so impressed! They are amazing quality and so comfortable that I’ve had to restrict myself because I want to wear them everyday! Cant wait

Hello, Thank you very much for your order. For a return the client is responsible to arrange the return and pays the shipping costs. With an exchange you can use the discount code you have received to get discount on the exchange item you'd buy which will compensate these costs. That the return costs are €17 is not what we calculate but what your transport company charges you. You can choose the cheapest way for your return however we recommend to use a trackable service. Instead of offering free returns we keep our prices clean, meaning that shops that offer free returns have calculated a percentage in the price of the product. ( Compare and consider return costs a client would have with returning in a real shop where you have to go to, drive to, costing time, gasoline, etc.) We do offer free shipping with a minimum purchase of €200. The fit of the dress that I ordered was…
The fit of the dress that I ordered was much better than expected! Also delivery was good and customer service contacted me immediately after I'd placed the order to get the shipping details straight (due to my own mistake). So I'd give 5 stars for service. However, I found the packaging of the dress extremely sloppy and did not match the brand at all. Dress looked like it had been thrown in a cellofan bag (came out very wrinkled, I assume a simple folding of the dress would have prevented this) and the cellofan bag itself came out sloppy looking from the outer box - which also looked a bit sad. Overall the whole packaging - or rather presentation of the item- was a big disappointmemt, especially when the brand is marketing itself in a certain way. But overall I am content with the purchase.
