notebook is exactly what i needed. shame about the shipping fees. only thing what lets the site down

As always, Levenger is one of the best companies out there and their products are always top notch.

I was actually prompted to search your company’s product line by an AI service. Curious, I took a look. Today I’m a thoroughly happy, new customer. I find your products to be a big step up from my old standby, Daytimer. The flexibility I’m gaining from your system is leading to a higher feeling of productivity.

I recently started a new job, and the amount of new info to learn is quite a lot. Levenger has always been valuable to me to get organized, think and write clearly, and have what I need in one attractive Levenger folio or planner. I also liked knowing when my package would arrive and updates to that.

Been customer of Levenger for years. I love their products especially the circa. Customer service is great, too. I had couple of issues with purchases before but got resolved easily. Communicating with customer service is easy.

The folding desk was just what I was looking for. It fits the space and being portable is what I was looking for also.

Initial purchase of a pen was great.Attempts to purchase other items were frustrating.Shipping charges are outrageously high.Discount codes and free shipping didn't work.

First, let me just say, I’m *obsessed* with all Levenger’s products! I literally want everything. I had to start with only a few, but I LOVE them!! There was a mixup, and I received a product I didn’t order rather than one I did, and their customer service could not have been better. They told me not to worry about returning the product I’d received, and shipped the replacement the same day. It’s all so beautiful and of such high quality. I can’t wait to use everything!

Levenger always comes through with quality products and good service. For the many years I've purchased products at Levenger, I remain a steady customer and look forward to the quality product I will receive when I order.

Levenger has very high quality products and often offers fairly substantial discounts. Without the discounts and sales, I’d be tempted to say that they’re a bit overpriced. The discounts don’t make things cheap, but a lot more reasonable. One critique I have is that their leather goods are usually only offered in one or maybe 2 colors. The wooden items are almost a;; either natural or dark cherry. Personally, I’d like oak, maple, walnut, figured woods, or exotic woods.I have a pen holder, a leather case that holds 2 pairs of eyeglasses, and I got a leather item for a friend as a gift. They are really a good chouce for finding gifts.

Finally spoke to someone who genuinely listened to my problem, fixxed the issue in a professional manner. I truly wish I had gotten his name,he was awesome! The type of customer service deservant of the caliber of customers who shop at Levenger. Many thanks!

I started using Lefenger when they first started. No bad experience yet they must offer military discounts, and always have a human to take orders

Quality merchandise that arrives in a timely manner.

I have been a loyal Levenger customer, returning year after year purchasing items for self and as gifts. The quality merchandise and personalization options set Levenger apart from many other retailers offering similar products. However, with this most recent order the lead time from order placement to receipt was quite long and without regular updates. I had to call your company to learn about the status of my item. The updates were non-specific and general. I am disappointed by your level of customer service. Ordering a premium product I had hoped would come with premium customer service.

My nephew loves his Levenger book. He’s recently retired from the Air Force and has taken a job as a paraprofessional at his neighborhood High School. There will be lots of oye taking and ee learning. ❤️

I’ve never had a bad experience if something is delayed you let me know. I love the quality of your products as always I am pleased with my notebooks.
