Nice product delivered in good condition

I got what I ordered with a discount and it arrived in a reasonable time.

Outrageous Shipping Prices and Delivery Service!

I can't understand why Levenger charges an arm and a leg for shipping, and it still takes three weeks to get my order? And the last time I had to return something, I was charged shipping for the return.

I am also disappointed that every time Levenger has a "Free Shipping" offer, Hawaii is excluded from this offer? Levenger needs to get with the times, because last I checked, Hawaii is part of the United States. I don't live in a foreign country.

For the cost of shipping, nothing should take 3 weeks for delivery. I'm done with Levenger.

I received an incomplete product. The service team was easily accessible. They understood my problem, and they gave me what I needed quickly and with courtesy. Not only does Levenger sell outstanding products, but their customer service is he best I have ever experienced.

I order this item every year. It has everything I need to organize and track the projects and schedules for 2 households. I started using this planner while I was still working. The quality and adaptability made days of meetings easier. It was versatile enough to use in transition to retirement. I will continue to order one every year

Levenger always has great products. I know I can always count on them for quality gift-giving. I ordered their 5 Year Journal for my daughter. It is awesome that you can fill in the years on each page - making the journal last longer. The box it comes in is beautiful - perfect for gift giving! Their packaging has always been top notch - providing for an awesome gift presentation!! I love Levenger!! I just ordered another one as a gift for a grandmother to record her granddaughter's first 5+ years. A long time ago, I ordered a lot of their leather bookmarks and gave them as Christmas gifts to office associates and family. The boxes/tissue paper that each set of three came with were gorgeous - their timeless, beautiful tree logo in gold print on evergreen box top! Awesome office gifts!!

I had a problem using my rewards. Without any hesitation, the problem was resolved.

My order has been taken entirely too long to arrive. For whatever reason, my $285.00 order went through San Francisco for shipping. That usually means my order is going on a vessel versus normal postal flow. Scan History of my order follows. I have not received any update since the 6th of August which lead me to believe my order is on a ship...Total bad service, especially if Levenger goes back and reviews how long I have been a loyal customer and the amount of money I have spent on their products over the years.
