Needed refills for two kinds of pens. Found one. Never saw the other and gave up and ordered the one. Site is not divided up to maximize seeing only one type of product quickly.

The experience I have had with Levenger…
The experience I have had with Levenger has truly been seamless. There are no bumps in the process. There are no unnecessary steps or filler ads while you are shopping. I like that because they are distracting. I come to this site to look for particular products and I don't want or need the hassle. I appreciate it when the retailer understands that. It makes a difference.

Mixed feelings ...
Shopping took a long time because availability did not necessarily conform to catalog. One particularly desirable item was discontinued (but I only learned of this after I paid and all other items were processed). However, I did receive a refund. Item quality mostly met expectations, with the exception to the mediocre quality of the pen. Looks great, just feels cheap.
