Change your shipper
Change your shipper, primarily FedEx! They don't deliver packages to your door, they just leave it anywhere to be stolen.
I am not satisfied with how they handle deliveries, my package of late didn't get delivered to me directly, and could've been stolen, merchandise that cost over a hundred dollars. Fix this issue and I'll gladly give five stars.

My most recent order experience was good. I received items that I have ordered in the past and received them quickly. I had an issue redeeming Reader Rewards the previous month and when I shared that, they quickly worked to resolve the problem, which I greatly appreciate!

This is a great art bag. It holds a big pad of paper; there are pockets for paints, erasers, palette, et cetera. The bottom is very stable and wide—it’s not slouchy, like a tote bag. It’s snappy-looking, well designed and sturdy.
