Your customer service was excellent
Your customer service was excellent! I showed Chris the knife cuts in the Italian journal we had received. Chris immediately acknowledged the issue, apologized and sent me a new journal which I expect to receive any day now. I will drive it immediately over to my friend’s house, as this is a gift for his retirement. Thank you, Chris and thank you Levenger!

Premium Product, Subpar Customer Experience
I have been using the Levenger portfolio for a week and absolutely love it. It holds everything I need for meetings and planning my work, and the quality and functionality are excellent. The portfolio itself easily earns 5 stars.
My overall rating for Levenger, however, is 3 stars because the tax-exempt ordering process and customer service were less than satisfactory. I first had to call to request tax-exempt status, and a representative emailed me instructions for submitting the required documentation. After submitting it, I had to call again before anyone reviewed it.
I eventually received an email confirming that my tax-exempt status had been approved and that I could place my order. However, when I ordered online, I was still charged sales tax. Customer service then told me there was no way to correct the invoice unless I returned the portfolio and placed an entirely new order.
The product is outstanding, but the tax-exempt process was unnecessarily complicated and should be improved.

These Blackwings are the best soft…
These Blackwings are the best soft pencils in the world, and I’ve looked and tested! I’ve finally tried the Blackwing colored pencils, now, too, which are also great, but not quite as mind-blowing as the regular graphite pencils with their funky erasers. Love ‘em!!

Order placed July 10th has not arrived.
I placed my order on July 10 and it has yet to arrive--returned to sender and reordered. They sent the wrong product which I had to return and do a 2nd reorder which was due arrive Monday, July 27 but has been delayed with no reason. This service is unacceptable.

Twenty Years+ of Levenger Patronage
I’ve been a Levenger customer for over 20 years dating back to before the internet became ubiquitous. My first Levenger experiences were at their retail store in the Boca Raton Town Center Mall in the early 2,000s.
Instantly, I became a fan of their beautiful writing instruments, aka pens. Today I own over 50 Levenger pens including ballpoint, rollerball, and fountain. Now my collection of Levenger products is representative of their entire product line and bought online.
