Lack of Customer Service - Too pricey for the Quality
The online order for customizations does not have a preview to make sure that you know what you are getting instead of a disappointing surprise, like mine; my initial are very small.
I had input for a roller ball on the form after receiving a confirmation they had a ball pen not the roller ball, in less than an hour I submitted an email to their customer service email they provide asking them to correct the mistake, they send an email acknowledgement and the next day no update except a notice of shipment, although they stated on the order placing that Customizations could take 2-3 days after order placement.
They send emails trying to justify their lack of response to Customers communication.
Finally, the pen I ordered The Great Gatsby is not worth the price their products are very pricey compared to other products in the market of same Quality
I don’t recommend this “Levenger”company.

Item was delivered by FedEx in a damaged box that was obviously not the original shipping box. Missing hardware, no explanation. Your customer service folks did make arrangements to recieve the missing pieces.

I ordered the wrong size Circa discs and didn't realize it until Tuesday. I needed to reorder the correct size and have them delivered by Friday of that same week. I explained the situation to the customer service representative, and he helped me process a refund and place a new order.
Everything arrived by Thursday! Not only is the customer service excellent, but the product is also very high quality. I had an amazing experience thanks to their outstanding customer support. Highly recommend!

First discbound planner
This is my first time making a discbound planner and am very pleased with the hole punch, cover, and rings I ordered. They arrived incredibly fast and seem to be of very high quality. My planner has been together and in use for a week or two and I love it!
