Annual Planner Planned!
I feel that when I order my annual planner pages that I'm doing right by the environment. I love that I can keep the same cover and just refill my pages. The quality of the pages is luxurious, making planning a joy. I also love that the refill is ready in July of the current year. I do have appointments for January already!

It would have been better if the shipping on something so expensive would have needed a signature and ID at delivery. So I would have had to file a theft report with the police.

Levenger produces are more expensive than other companies but the quality of each item has been excellent.
In our world of possible overnight deliveries it is often difficult to wait for a week or more for delivery. The wait has been worth it.

Great service on ink refills
It was easy to order the ink refill online. I'm so happy that Levenger continues to provide refills for my Lamy pen, which I've had for many years. The order was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition and in the specified time.

Faulty converter
I only bought three converters for my '96 True Writers, and at least one was faulty. It does not seal, leaks into the barrel, and after days of troubleshooting, cleaning and a flooded pen, it appears that it was never able to seal tightly enough for a decent vacuum. The other two need to be "burped" frequently to percent skipping. The quality control does not match up the the expectations of a luxury product.

Your customer service was excellent! I showed Chris the knife cuts in the Italian journal we had received. Chris immediately acknowledged the issue, apologized and sent me a new journal which I expect to receive any day now.
