One of the transport team members named lee came to retrieve the Honda pcx Lancaster gate had provided me and he was extremely understanding and very easy to talk to I would give him five stars if it was an option

Reported claim via my insurer Lexham and received email confirming this.
After a week I called the number from email as I hadnt heard from anyone yet.

I spoke with Sadie Adams who logged the new claim details, she was effecient and reassuring as it was a silly accident and I felt quite idiotic. She reassured me about the accident and I felt better after this. Sadie informed me about the next steps and provided contact number for who will be dealing with my claim.

I feel like Sadie has great customer service skills and hope that if I have to call up again that I speak to someone as skilled as she is with customer service.

I only marked as 4 stars as bit alarming that their system stated my bike had no tax, when I am taxed until the next year. Unsure why the discrepancy but have screenshots which show I am currently taxed anyways.

The bike rode extremely well not a single fault. not been a issue from the company them sleeves and Dave Morris who came to drop the hire vehicle off an picked it back up was amazing not one bad thing all positive response too easy to talk too.

I have found LGA to be really great throughout every step of the process. It always feel like you are getting personal service.
Lee Sutton who delivered my bike back could not have been more helpful with the handover…..calling before he arrived to give warning of his arrival was fantastic.
