Excellent service and packaging, great survival rate of the bugs from transit

I have been using livefoods.co.uk for years. It's my favorite company to buy crickets. I recently ordered and received a bulk bag of crickets. It contained crickets but had around 8-21 roaches that could climb plastic walls. These roaches have never been in previous orders. I believe they are called Siamese roaches.

I buy crickets because they can't climb out of the box I use and cause an infestation. I'll buy from here again, but I might have to look elsewhere.

Sometimes the crickets come with a few Turkestan cockroaches and other creatures, which I don't mind much because they can't climb plastic.

Order all my livefood from these guys, they definitely over count and the feeders arrive quickly, well packed and alive and healthy. No signs of parasites or any issues with feeders, my reptiles are all perfectly fine and love a red runner xD thankyou for being such an awesome and well priced livefood store, saves me lots in comparison to buying from local pet stores!

I have used Livefood UK for about 18 years or so. I wouldn't get my livefood from anywhere else, their customer service is second to none. The food is always fresh and plentiful, they aren't stingy with the tub sizes. I had an order today which was superbly packaged to avoid damage, and an ice bag thrown in to keep cool in the hot weather. Absolutely love this company.

The products and service are great, and the additional information on feeder sizes and care is really helpful. Ordering and delivery went smoothly with email communication throughout. Very happy.

I've been ordering off here for nearly two years now. My leopard gecko went off all of her food which I brought for her.since her favourite one of all seems to be the crickets which is great because every time her order arrives she always has a mixture of different crickets in the tubs. Shes so happy when they arrive she acts like a puppy, it's so funny but cute and knowing that she will eat from this farm I dont mind paying the extra as Its not a waste at all.

My bearded dragon loves the dubias from here(and the wax worms..) and orders usually arrive next day.Really reliable company,and if any issues,Steve replies promptly and in my case,the post lost my order for a day,and he sent another out straight away! Really happy with the service.

Quick delivery however ordered frozen mice they came thawed which i was told was my own fault due to not paying the more expensive postage. The mice were hoppers 6-9g all mice were 5.2 and 5.4g dissapointed to say the least wont be using again.

Highly recommended I've used this site for my bearded dragons bugs for a few years now, they arrive in great condition and it's super fast postage, great communication and very helpful if needed, great prices too really cant complain they have also been just as efficient during lockdown too the postage is still super quick!
