I compared a number of quotes before selecting a surveyor. The key reasons I choose London & Kent surveyors is because: (i) they were honest about my requirements, and did not attempt to upsell me from Level 2 to Level 3 or add-on a valuation report too; (ii) availability was reasonable (1-2 weeks); (iii) the report turnaround was prompt and on time (3-4 days) with follow up calls arranged relatively promptly; (iv) they also provided suggestions to handle follow ups; and (v) they explained the concern areas of the report in understandable terms with colour coding; and (vi) they also offer a free interactive free report that helps provide colour / content on the area and property value. I would highly recommend.

They was able to arrange the survey swiftly with no need for our involvement at all after the information we provided them. The report we received was detailed and very well written, making it easy to understand. The process from start to finish was seamless and we cannot recommend these guys enough.
