Pretty decent overall, some pros are they use a drone to surveil the roof which not all surveyors do. Negatives are that they don't give any prices for remediation so it's difficult to immediately judge what kind of budget you are in for!

They do offer a follow up call to clarify the report which is very helpful.

Couldn’t fault them. First time I have had to do a level 2 survey. Company spoke both myself and my partner through it and the follow up call with Kieran helped us with any questions following the survey. Speedy service and would use again in the future!

London & Kent Surveyors were great. Easy to contact and schedule,and communicative throughout the processes. The follow-up call with the Surveyor who examined the property was helpful, and he took the time to answer all of the questions I had. Excellent service, very easy to book the survey on our prospective house purchase. Kept fully informed throughout, told when survey had been completed and received the survey timely. I recently used Kent and London Surveyors for a Level 3 survey, and I was very impressed with their service.
The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I called. The surveyor was professional, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the process.
I was initially given the first available appointment, but when a cancellation became available, they proactively contacted my estate agent and arranged an earlier survey, which helped speed things up considerably.
The service was efficient from start to finish, and I am now waiting for the report as promised. I would highly recommend Kent and London Surveyors to anyone looking for a professional and reliable surveying company.

I had this company recommended to me through my estate agents. From the first moment they were on the front foot. It was easier to book a survey and this was done in quick time. The report given was thorough and easy to understand. It was also followed up by a phone call to run through any misconceptions or concerns. Would recommend and will use again.

Experience from start to finish was excellent. once instructed L&K do all the work. In our instance, once instructed, they managed to book in the survey within 2 weeks and once the property had been accessed the report was finalised within 3 days. Report was thorough and extremely useful to understand the condition of the property.

David was great. He flagged up some bits we had missed during viewings and booked a follow-up call to help explain what was worth investigating & what was just in there as useful information for things that will eventually need maintenance.

Every detail about this level 2 survey was excellent. Booking online was easy and the survey was done quickly. I received an extensive report just a few days afterwards. The feedback was equally impressive. The booking process was incredibly seamless and efficient. On the higher end of price however the service was worth it. Fast turnaround and the service was incredibly thorough.

Discussed what type of survey I would require and they didn’t try to upsell me to full structural survey as the property I was buying was only 12 years old but they did explain the difference in the surveys .
