Great company to deal with
I was insured through Lloyd Latchford for a salary sacrifice lease car and found them to be a great company to deal with. Everything was very straight forward and they always responded quickly and helpfully when needed - particularly Ella who was a great help at the end of my lease.

Lauren gave amazing customer service!!
Spoke to Lauren twice today with time sensitive queries and I didn’t have to wait to speak to anyone she was so quick and reassuring that I was fully insured on my new vehicle. I recently spoke with Paul Fairweather from Lloyd Latchford, and I have to say his service was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very straightforward. Paul took the time to clearly explain everything, sorted out my issue quickly, and kept me fully informed throughout.

Fast and courteous
The efficiency in which this company dealt with a request from myself to make some changes to my policy was great. Emma Heaton responded to my initial communication very quickly. Within 24 hours she had resolved my issue and my policy had been updated and sent back out to me.

Contacted Lloyd Latchford and spoke with Danielle W. Danielle was able to take ownership straight away without any delay and communicated back to me that she would be straight back in touch if there was any issue.
In less than 30 minutes, Danielle had not only sorted the problem but had an email straight over to me with an update and happy to say it was sorted without delay!
