Rota King platform

We have been working with triSaas for almost 2 years, building our Rota King platform and it has been a very positive experience. Very collaborative from the start and every request has been met with a willingness to make it happen and at speed.
Initially Henri and Natalie led the way as our support, both fantastic, more recently Giorgia has been our prominent point of contact. Always available to help and has plenty of patience dealing with identical issues from various businesses! Her rapid response really does make a huge difference. Overall a great team and I could not recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Michael Gorol was unprofessional and rude when I called for support, and the platform is unnecessarily complicated. The biggest scam is that the contract automatically renews for another full year, which feels very unfair.

Regarding your support call, we have reviewed your interactions with our team who handled your enquiries, and I can state with confidence that they were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout. Any suggestion of rudeness is simply not accurate.

Regarding the automatic renewal, this is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of sign-up. The auto-renewal clause exists to ensure service continuity, and we always recommend that customers review their contract terms before the renewal date if they wish to make changes. We are unable to grant an early termination in this instance, as we must apply our policies consistently to all customers.

It appears the negative review stems from dissatisfaction with the renewal policy rather than any failing in our service or support.

With over 8,000 locations actively using Logit every day and thousands of customers, we are sorry you found Logit difficult to navigate. We offer free by weekly training and a rich library of video and user guides. We are praised on a daily basis for the depth of functionality and ease of use, and we would be delighted to book you in to one of our free training sessions.

An excellect choice..

A really helpful team from consultation with Sophie, onboarding with Giorgia, nothing was too much hassle. Giorgia in particular listened to our requirements to ensure we got the best from the system and any issues that we had, she was right there to solve them for us, if something wasn't quite as we envisaged, she worked with us on a solution to ensure we were 100% happy.

From the start the company were very accommodating and listened to the needs of the university and offered solutions to streamline the platform to our needs.

RotaKing & Logit On-Boarding

We have just launched our full estate on RotaKing & Logit. Having just finished the on-boarding with them, they have really set us up for success. We have had some challenges as is to be expected when launching the system. However , Giorgia has been excellent in being able to sort these concerns and queries. She has been available when we have needed her and nothing is too small a job for her. We now have a much better understanding of the system and we are seeing this reflected in our business performance.

Having used Logit for the past 4 years…

Having used Logit for the past four years, the team at Trisaas have been consistently excellent. They actively seek feedback and, importantly, act on it, continually evolving the system to better meet operational needs.

Logit is now fully embedded across our hotel group and supports all areas of the business. It provides clear visibility of compliance across the portfolio and has become a key tool in maintaining our operational standards.
