Overall, I highly reqamend TriSaaS for its robust features and excellent customer support a big shout out Chris, Michael and Kacey who is a star. It has proven to be a valuable tool for our business in the School catering industry, helping us streamline our and improve overall efficiency.

Unreal performance, Chris is the go to person for all items; We've even tried to adapt and "break" Logit and Contracts concierge and it just works too good.

We use the PPM, audits, calendar tool which are the best thing we've invested in and also we report all our results to out UK and oversees head office which ticked all boxes this year for audit issues from 2022 before we used Logit!

What a difference it makes to use software designed with the user in mind. support staff and onboarding made the transition from paper to digital a breeze!!

Really good solution for keeping on top of all things compliance. We use it in our hotel for food safety, fire safety, maintenance and a lot more. Not sure we could ever go back as everything is now in the one place. Support team were great while onboarding us, exceeded expectations, and had great knowledge of our requirements. Can't recommend enough!!

Great system, takes a bit of use to it, but after the initial training period, you can do a lot with it.
I specifically want to say how professional and kind Kacey was during the onboarding process. She made sure I understood every aspect of the platform and was there to help with every enquiry. Thank you Kacey, we couldn't do it without you. :)

The interface is user friendly, requires little training and onboards very smoothly. The back end is slightly more complex, but still easy to navigate and build within the platform.
