We recently partnered with Trisaas and I was very impresssed with the support Giorgia Ripanucci provided during our onboarding journey with RotaKing. Giorgia was and continues to be a fantastic support. Giorgia is very quick in replying and is very hands on in making sure we as a business received the best onboarding service.

Everything was explained clearly and at a sensible pace, which made it easy to get up and running and feel confident using the system day to day. Kacey’s support made the whole process feel straightforward and well supported, and it’s already made a noticeable difference in the business.

I found the LOGIT team to be really easy to work with, willing to listen to how our workflow operated and suggesting how LOGIT could work with that, and not the other way around, which was refreshing. Recommended.

So just over 18 months ago we started with Logit and Scott was great in the initial set up stages. Over the last 12 months Kacey has held our hands and guided us expertly through an onboarding experience that has been amazing. Everyone we have dealt with at triSaaS have been brilliant. Right from the get-go their service, attention to detail and responsiveness have been exemplary. So many companies are great with new customers and not so great with their ongoing support. Not triSaaS! We have been using logit across all our sites and it works great.
I am also able to see everything centrally and alerted if a check is missing. I also find the reporting function great to be able to pull data and trend data.
If there has ever been a question or query there support team has been fantastic as well as our account manager (Michael) who has supported the company and myself in the use of logit, always willing to help and provide support.
