The onboarding and training for Logit has been a really positive experience for the team. Everything was explained clearly and at a sensible pace, which made it easy to get up and running and feel confident using the system day to day. A huge part of that success was down to the support from Kacey Thorn, who was approachable, patient, and always on hand to help when questions came up. Kacey’s support made the whole process feel straightforward and well supported, and it’s already made a noticeable difference in the business.

Amazing Team at TriSaas
So just over 18 months ago we started with Logit and Scott was great in the initial set up stages. Over the last 12 months Kacey has held our hands and guided us expertly through an onboarding experience that has been amazing. Every aspect and detail has been spot on and I cant thank the team enough. I would highly recommend this to any business. Great system , great team
A year ago we've partnered with TriSaaS to implement the RotaKing module for time management, and quickly discovered the system offers so much more. A year later, we’re excited to introduce the LOGIT module as well.

Absolutely exemplary
Everyone we have dealt with at triSaaS have been brilliant. Right from the get-go their service, attention to detail and responsiveness have been exemplary. So many companies are great with new customers and not so great with their ongoing support. Not triSaaS! Their ongoing customer support has been fantastic, with a special shoutout to Mengmei for always being on hand to answer my (usually stupid) questions!

Fantastic Product ... and fantastic team/support
We have been using logit across all our sites and it works great.
I am also able to see everything centrally and alerted if a check is missing. I also find the reporting function great to be able to pull data and trend data.
If there has ever been a question or query there support team has been fantastic as well as our account manager (Michael) who has supported the company and myself in the use of logit, always willing to help and provide support.
