Extremely good service and communication throughout and high quality product. Consultation was thorough, attentive, professional and warm. Survey also. Installation was done with care and skill. Very happy. From my experience this is a company that has high standards for itself and the service/products they provide.

Fabulous service from start to end. Lovely designer, Harry, who came to the house - so knowledgable, clearly loves London Doors products and guided me towards the perfect choice. My door was fitted today by 2 brilliant fitters who worked really hard in ridiculously hot temperatures and left my home cleaner than they found it. An overwhelmingly positive experience - would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning front door - couldn't be happier. Worth the wait - beautifully made to our bespoke design and a great installer (Christian) worked meticulously for a day to put it in, so worth every penny.

Darko and Lucus fitted our front door a couple of days ago, they were so lovely and professional, they worked really hard, respected our home and cleaned really well before they left. The door looks beautiful, we are delighted with it, we would highly recommend them.

I love my new front door but sadly it went a bit wrong one day :( No worries, London Door Company fitters to the rescue! An emergency appointment was made for me, and it was all sorted out quickly and efficiently. It now works like a dream again. A top-quality product with friendly, professional fitters to boot.

I would highly recommend London Door Company. The designers through to the fitters were excellent. My door is fanstastic and looks beautiful. The quality of the door and stained glass is above my expectations.

Peter was amazing and did a perfect job. Very friendly and informative. He provided us with a lot of information about the door that we did not know. Five star service!

Excellent after sales service. Front door fitted 2023 started to have issues with lower latch; although too a bit of time for relevant team to liaise, once involved responded in a timely manner.

The fitter (Peter) arrived on time, knew his stuff and resolved the issue 100%. Very knowledgeable and explained very clearly what the issue was. Polite, tidied up, and was essentially very thorough.

Although LDC not the cheapest, the product, installation and follow up service are fabulous bringing peace of mind.

Paid an extortionate amount of money for what i thought would be a high quality door. Door started to splinter after 12 months of use and after emailing I’ve been instructed to ‘glue it back together’. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this company to anyone else. Absolute con for the price we paid..

Following this review LDC were in touch with us and made a lot of effort to redeem the situation. They have now repaired the faults free of charge and the door looks great. The door fitter who came to do the repairs was very lovely and took a lot of care in the job.

Great product and top end finish. We have a 1930's semi detached and had a new front door with side and top windows fitted which was in line with the original design of the house but with a modern quality and locks. Great experience from the team, good communication and installers did a great job.

We are existing customers. We ordered a new door, which was very expensive given the company's high standards. The selling agent was very professional, supportive, and clear. However, the fitting was appalling as the surveyor made the wrong measurements and the window was the wrong size. We had to file a complaint and call several times to resolve the issue. After a few months, the bottom locker stopped working. We asked for it to be replaced and had to call them several times again. Eventually, their surveyor refused to replace it but did minor fixes, stating that a replacement was not needed. After a few months, the issue recurred, but the company claimed the warranty had expired. Overall, the fitting and post-fitting support received is extremely poor and frustrating, and they do not reply to emails or really care about customers once they have paid. The company is very responsive until the full payment is made. The door itself looks amazing, but we would certainly NOT recommend this company, as the service does not match the high standards they claim, and it is very frustrating. We have tried to write an objective review.

What a truly fantastic, caring company! We originally purchased our front door from the London Door Company 7 years ago, and we were absolutely delighted with it—the service, quality, and fit were all outstanding.

Fast forward 7 years, and we recently needed some help with our door. I have been so incredibly impressed with the team's professionalism and willingness to help us resolve the issue. Even though this didn't involve us spending any extra money, they treated us with the utmost care. Chris, Joanna, and the fitting team went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you LDC!

Superb service. Tom Radford has gone above and beyond! The door is excellent, looks brilliant and is the envy of all the neighbours.

We had some issues with heat and direct sun on our unshaded black front door bought from London Doors. Peter, a fitter from London Doors came and made some adjustments which work like a dream, especially through this brutal heat wave. Peter was professional and did a fantastic job. Completely recommend London Doors and their crew.

I highly recommend this company if you need a new door. I am delighted with my new door and the team that installed it.

From the begining where we met the amazing sales rep, Enzo through to the lovely fitters we had the most incredible service.

The doors are expensive, but they look and feel expensive and the service that comes alongside it is fantastic. We are so pleased with our choice and whilst it was a lot of money, it is something that’s used all day, everyday, and should last the test of time!
