Flowers squashed with the roses already wilting or dead, lily was already open. Customer service was no existent, still awaiting a response after informing them the replacement bouquet was not delivered to me.
Don't waste your well earned money on these, they don't care.

Further review - Flowers received 22 July 26. I decided to give this company another chance Shouldnt have!!!Ordered a large Sun boquet Website shows a bountiful Boquet with I6 Bright Red roses, Darker nearly burgundy Carnations . Yellow flowers + lovely foliage what was delivered was a very small boquet of flowers with'Cple of small slightly wilted red roses, Carnations that were same colour so no contrast some yellow flowers +already drooping leaves. These were less like the order than the last one + even less value for money. No more secobd chances from me. - Done I've ordered from this Company a lot + in general have found them ok. The flowers have not always looked like the pictures on the website + sometimes not as nice or colourful. But they have been an acceptable alternative. This time I ordered
Pink Snow White Bouquet
Because the bouquet was lovely 2 shades of Pink Roses, Pink Carnations + white Daisy looking flowers with some lovely Foliage as per the photo. This is what waa received. 3 pink roses 1 very small. No pink carnations + wilted white flowers with foliage that looks like what grows next to weeds in my garden. Worse than the flowers was the response from The "Customer Service" basically saying There was no issue The Delivery was up to their "Standard" in both Quality + Quantity + no level of Understanding, Empathy or apology. Dreadful Service or lack of it.

Well informed delivered on correct day before time one or two flowers bit bent and looked ABIT dead other than that my mum was happy with surprise delivery

Half the flowers were dead, no aroma whatsoever and the piece of greenery was all woody.

As this was supposed to be a gift I was appalled that a company could send these out and it left me totally disgusted.

Having read other reviews I won’t hold my breath for a refund.

Easy to use online app..pick your flowers..pick your extras.. select a delivery date and pay and they are on there way..10/10.

Ordered bouquet on 17th June with next day delivery date on their invoice of 18th June. Still not arrived (2pm 19th June) and now too late. No response from 3 emails. Require a full refund or will take further action. Very shoddy service- avoid.

Customer service non existent! Received flowers that were very pretty but unfortunately the message in the card was missing half the message! I have no idea who they are from and have tried to call for over a week, left messages and completed their online form, still no contact!
Lovely flowers if the order goes right, but any after service is non existent!

THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I ordered flowers and chocolates and was given a date for delivery. That has passed. The flowers need to be received no later than tomorrow but the order is still showing as "being processed" I am receiving no replies to my e-mails or telephone calls. THIS IS THE ONE OF THE WORSE COMPANIES I HAVE DEALT WITH and is a bad experience with being a first time buyer with them

On Saturday I sent flowers to my daughter who is having radio therapy for breast cancer. They arrived wilted 4 of the lily buds were not attached to the stems. The lilies were diseased and distorted some of the gypsophilia was dead. I emailed within a couple of hours of their arrival with photographs asking for a refund. As no response I tried ringing on Monday and Tuesday. Nobody was available to answer my calls I left a message asking for an urgent call back. It is now Wednesday and this company is not interested in putting this matter right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I am very disappointed as this caused more stress to my daughter having to tell me.

I ordered flowers for my niece who was facing a cancer operation. I picked the flowers…lovely, I paid the money…great, I waited for the flowers to be delivered, and I waited…..and I’m still waiting! Disappointing doesn’t cover it!
I have tried ringing Lovelyfloraworld, no one answered, I have left messages.. but had no response! The emails are unanswered! NOT HAPPY

Ordered these flowers for Sunday for a neighbour with dementia amd they are now not going to be delivered till monday when nobody else is with her to get the door.

The bouquet was a gift from my son for Mothers Day but the flowers were not at their best with dying blooms and mould growing on some of them. I left it too late to complain (should be within 3 days) so the company were not able to help me and were not interested in seeing any photos that were taken on the day. The time before (a Birthday) I did complain quicker and was sent another delivery. Having now had two gift bouquets that I had to complain about quality I have unfortunately had to advise my son to not use this company again.

Ordered & got confirmation of next day delivery. ‘Apparently’ if you ordered late then it’s next ‘working day’ delivery. This is not clear & next day shouldn’t be offered. Invoice & customer satisfaction form sent two days before delivery made!!! 31/2days till received flowers as been with Royal Mail for 2 days!!! Missed birthday & not the same 3 days after!!

Ordered on the Thursday for a Tuesday delivery. Didn’t turn up till 4pm on the Thursday. 2 days late isn’t what you would call good service.
Nicely presented but have only lasted 4 days and not worth it
