I ordered some flowers for my mum for mother's day becouse I had used them before and the flowers where very nice, but this time when my mum received the flowers most of them where dead and there was rose petals in the bottom of the box. I sent a email to them with photos attached but heard nothing back not even a sorry I was extremely disappointed I would leave zero stars if I could

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift to cheer me up as I had been unwell. I had to contact the person who purchased them and had to send them a photo of some of the flowers that were dead and black. They were received on MONDAY AFTERNOON and I had to put the remaining flowers in the bucket as they were all dead. They should have lasted longer and I felt really bad that I had to tell the purchaser about their sorry condition. I also advised her to contact the company direct as I feel she has been ripped off big time and to never use them again. They must have seen the condition of them before sending and knew they would definitely not last more than a couple of days which I feel is NOT normal. I would never recommend this company to anyone if they don’t want to waste their money. The purchaser should be offered a refund and a big apology 😡

Once again the flowers were simply stunning, gorgeous colours and so fresh, the recipient was delighted with them, many thanks

Perfect timing

Ordered flowers to be delivered today 20th May and they never arrived they claim the delivery date chosen is only a guide and not a guarantee which is never mentioned when ordering or I would never have purchased from them (should have purchased from Moonpig as a friend purchased and they arrived on time.)
I will never buy from this unreliable company again

Extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers for delivery on a specific date, and they failed to deliver them as expected. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, I was told that the delivery date was only a “guideline” and not a specific date.

I then checked the website myself and could not find anywhere that clearly states this. If customers are selecting and paying for a delivery date, there is a reasonable expectation that the order will actually arrive on that date.

Late flowers completely defeat the purpose of many orders, especially when they’re for special occasions. Poor communication and an unsatisfactory response from customer service have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Appalling service will never buy from them again, neither will any of my friends and family back to our trusty company

Lovely colours, very fresh and delivered on time

Did email almost 2 weeks ago when I was dissatisfied but no response which was disappointing. I have used them lots and normally great but this bunch of flowers didn’t look anything like the picture and petals were all falling off. Zero customer service so not resolved.

Flowers sent to my sister and they arrived on the day and they were lovely.
