Excellent service
Excellent service. We have used LW Gas for a number of years and they have always carried out the work efficiently. When previously we had a leak they came quickly and we had a replacement tank fitted the next day. Would highly recommend.

Annual boiler service
I have had the annual service of my boiler completed by LWGas.
In fact this is the 11th annual service they have done for me, having installed it too.
They always remind it is due and are flexible in arranging an appointment. Their engineers always turn up on time, are pleasant and do a thorough professional job. Not a lot more to say really, other than I would highly recommend them.

Great experience
They fixed an issue that came up when another trader did my annual service, and saved me a lot of money in the process. Also they were prompt and speedy.

Excellent Company
If you are looking for anything gas related use this company. They gave good advice when other companies were floundering. They were prompt at every stage of our heating installation. They took time to explain the things they were doing and left the place clean and tidy. This is an outstanding family business and I recommend them without hesitation.

Customer Satisfaction
The gas engineer from LWGas was very prompt in arriving at the time stated. He was very polite, and explained what he was doing and why. He also cleared the little amount of mess that had occurred doing this repair.

Always turn up on time
The company always turn up at the time they say, and they always complete the work on time. I have had 2 boilers from them now and last time they managed to fit me in before Christmas even though I contacted them on around 20th December (during Covid). The office are very friendly too. This time they thought to send someone from round the corner so I could have a service first thing in the morning and then get on with the rest of my day. They also tell you how long it will be.

Since boiler installed
Since boiler installed, we have done the servicing every year. We have small problem with the boiler last year however it has been fixed in quick response.

Brilliant company!
I've been using LW Gas for a few years now, and their service is always impeccable. Communication is fantastic, they are happy to sort appointments via email, which is very helpful as I don't often have the opportunity to speak on the phone.
Their operatives are always really friendly, efficient, and clean & tidy.
Can't recommend this company enough!
