Apple specialists
I bought a new Apple laptop from Macansys via an auction site (although they have their own website too). They were very prompt in replying to my queries (during working hours) and I subsequently visited their shop to collect the product (as I wasn't going to be available to sign for a parcel). Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Macbook pro
Laptop arrived promptly. Only 4 stars because it arrived with only a continental plug and the setup instructions were in Italian. No mention of this during purchase. I had to buy a UK adapter. Otherwise seems to work fine.

Mint condition laptop quickly delivered
Very quick delivery and my new MacBook Pro arrived well packaged, in mint condition and ready to go.
Once I had set up my user account, the only hiccup was trying to remove the default user set up by Mac Ansys as the system preferences wanted a password that I did not have. A quick search on the net revealed a way to reset the vendor password to enable removal of the old user account.
The laptop had been enrolled on a corporate Device Enrolment Programme so I kept getting a pop-up asking if I wanted the system to be updated remotely that I had to keep dismissing until I was able to find workaround. This was more difficult and it would have been better if Mac Ansys were able to arrange for the laptop to be removed from the DEP prior to delivery, but this is the only fault I could find in an otherwise top class service.
