Helpful in getting a good price for my first big bike after passing test did put the wrong date down of passing so had to re insurance next day but Part me as did not spot it at first, they were very helpful in sorting it out with a bit more to pay, good service every time.

Renewal nightmare with Mackenzie Hodgson Bike insurance
Got a renewal from Mackenzie Hodgson and they'd made a mistake in the details. I called the number on their letter and they said they couldn't see my policy as it wasn't "on their bit of the system", they also couldn't see my name or address on their system even though I've been with them for years! Turns out the team that deal with my policy can't be called so they said they'd get them to call me back ASAP. That was about 4 hours ago! As I was concerned about what would happen if I needed to make a claim I called the claims numer on my insurance and it was answered by someone working for FourthDimension representing Carole Nash Insurance, I asked of she also represented Mackenzie Hodgson customers and she said no ( but when I gave her my broker ref SUMYxxx she could see my details. So who's insuring me Carole Nash or Mackenzie Hodgson????

We do try respond to call back requests in a timely manner but appreciate some calls may need longer to deal with more complex queries and as such it may take longer to have a agent available.

Non-fault claims get forwarded to 4th dimension, that have a lot of bad reviews and I currently fear I'm going to end up with a big bill for a small amount of damage done by another driver.

I was confused about who I was paying
I was confused about who I was paying. There was no mention Mackenzie Hodgson when I was contacted by the third party direct debit handler and a further insurance provider was referenced.... I hope I am covered

I was charged £115.60 for a motorbike I…
I was charged £115.60 for a motorbike I no longer owned. Spent about 8 hours trying to get through and when I eventually got through to someone from Mackenzie Hodgson / Atlanta 1 / Autonet or whoever didn’t sort the problem out they just sent another message claiming that it’s illegal to ride without insurance.Since then I have been hounded by CRS for payment daily whilst still being able to get any contact from yourselves. Terrible experience from a terrible insurance company.The only time you might get through on a call is if you’re looking to renew or take out a policy.
