Exceptional service.
Just started a new policy with these guys and the setup was easy. The only issue I had was with receiving the documents via email. They always say the test of a company is when something goes wrong. Well I rang them today and am please to say they exceeded expectations. Not only were the prompt and helpful but resolved it straight away. Top marks so far.

You say dont worry your policy is auto renewal & you remain insured, but i wasnt, was i ! I travelled over 400 miles the other weekend, not knowing that i wasnt insured.Apparently my credit card had expired & you didnt have my new details.WHY dont you have a department that sends out reminders if this happens.I should have checked myself, but when i got an email, with the same review as this, i automatically assumed that i was insured, until i received a letter on the Tuesday saying my policy was cancelled.So NO i wasnt happy with your service, not that you will read or reply to my review.

The payments didn't go through on the 28/04/2023 and we sent an email to that effect, we kept the policy open and renewed it without payment to give you the opting to call and pay until the 11/05/2023.

Online Issue
Trying to get multi vehicle cover online failed when the system "lost" my vehicle details after finding them via registration numbers. Phone advisor was very professional and helpful, I gave my reference number from the online attempt and he sorted my policy easily.

Proof of no claims
Seems good cover for a good price, but needs to be much clearer about providing proof of no claims as there is nowhere obvious to provide this.

Should the insurers require proof of your No Claims Bonus entitlement a request will be sent to you asking for this to be sent in and it will advise on how to send this. If you do not receive any requests asking for this document then its not something that your insurer needs at this time.

Sadly, my existing insurer wouldn’t add Business Cover, so I was forced to cancel that policy, and start a completely new one, with 5 months still to go.
