Was very pleased with offered price and cover

I was hoping to avoid using a review, due to an absolute failure to respond to my problem, I have no choice.
MH failed to advise Breakdown Insurance of my additional motorcycle and when I called to be recovered on New Years Day I was told that the bike wasn't on Breakdown Insurance. Had the faff of checking my policy on my phone, was recovered but had to provide CC details. E mailed 01/01/2023 (YES I know it was a Bank Holiday) MH no response, sent 2nd (11/01/2023) email no response. As suggested (Website) I could make a complaint on CHAT, CHAT was useless was given a Tel number to call by CHAT to make a complaint, again this number was useless. Interestingly Tel Contact asked if I was calling about the problem with Breakdown (unprompted by me)......Was told that it would be raised with "Complaints" still waiting So much for 3 day resolution. Will be taking my business elsewhere on renewal. A message to Niall and Neil sort your people out!

Paid for a new policy two days ago. Various stars collided and, sadly for me, my new bike deal has since. £25 admin fee applied to cancel the policy. I can just about allow myself to forgive an admin fee of any sort within the first 14 days (albeit I have made the phone call, waited in a queue for 20 minutes and then the matter dealt with in under five minutes); however, I believe £25 is too high.

Complaint logged with the company. Heard back a few days later and was given refund as goodwill. Worked out for me. However, this will not be standard practice.

Expensively High Fees - took out a policy in October but just changed my bike which their insurer wouldn't cover without an alarm, etc.. Got back 20% of my premium for 3 months cover, £75 (£30 setup and £40 cancellation) just in their fees which is not what I would call "treating customers fairly". Thanks but no thanks.

So I rang to make a change to my policy and in the automated message it said use live chat as it will be quicker,so after answering all the questions I was told my insurer won't make tge changes so I'll have to get a quote from another insurer they use only to be told they can't quote over live chat👿👿so I'd have to call and go through it all again

I was sent a letter via email asking me to call urgently as there was an issue with my policy that I renewed in mid October. I spent an hour and fifteen minutes on the phone being passed all over as nobody seemed to know what the letter was for. Turned out that my renewal was done incorrectly by MH and that it couldn't be underwritten so they would have to cancel that policy and set me a new one up and they also guaranteed I wouldn't pay extra as it was their fault. Well I've received my payment breakdown and guess what.....its gone up. I really cannot be bothered to attempt to call them again and I'll be very cautious when my renewal comes round again. First year great.....renewal terrible. Funny that the constant messages when you're on hold to use the "live web chat" was a joke too as when you do get through on there they tell you that they can't deal with me as its for a motorcycle......another complete waste of time. I don't know what's happened to the company but reading some reviews on TP I'm not the only one.

First time using your service. Easy and information came through quickly.

I was waiting for 20 minutes before I spoke with an insurance expert, when I came to pay I was waiting ages for the payment to go through, I was put on hold whilst the agent checked what was wrong - the whole process took 55 minutes - far longer than most insurance products I have bought in this way. I was just about to try elsewhere. Price was competitive so just managed to keep me as a customer.

5 weeks of calling to sort out a bike addition, but we finally got there. The last man Andrew was excellent, until then it was average at best.

I purchased policy on line on the 5th but didn't get confirmation of policy until the 7th leaving me for 2 days without policy.

I found the service was brilliant as the guy I spoke to took the time to make sure I was clear about what he was telling me. He was polite professional and friendly. I have another bike already covered with yourselves and can’t see me moving elsewhere as I prioritise service over price. A pleasant experience overall.

Impossible to get hold of them. No email address, no online service just a contact number. I’ve tried to change my vehicle on my policy for over a week, but I’ve had to go elsewhere because their automated service will not put you through to an advisor. I’ve been stuck in the same loop every time I’ve called. Sort it out! You’ve given me no choice but to cancel my policy.
