Mandarin Stone Opiniones

Consistently great materials and service thank you!

I am absolutely in love with my tiles, very prompt service and delivery and quality is fabulous. highly recommend and will be going back soon when I am doing my kitchen :-) happy customer

I thought I had already sent a review but happy to review again. The tiles I chose were beautiful and they were delivered on time and all were in a good condition.

Amazing staff! We didn’t quite order enough times and Hannah went above and behind to try and help us get them in time. Her problem solving skills were unmatched and she was the nicest customer service agent we’ve ever spoken with. Brilliant all round.

I ordered 10.5 m2 of tumbled limestone slabs. On receiving the load and opening later on, found that 6 slabs had broken in transit, phoned immediately and was asked to take photo's for their record.
I was informed 6 new slabs would be sent as soon as possible, I received them 3 days later.

Certainly recommend to anyone looking to purchase Stone, staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I wrote a review on here outlining my negative experience with Mandarin Stone (TL;DR: they charged me a restocking fee for a cancellation, despite their not having a cancellation policy, and despite it being a distance sale). They replied to the review with outright lies about the transaction, stating that I came to their showroom multiple times (I didn’t: I visited once, to write down details so they could email me a quote; all subsequent discussions were by email and phone) and that my email stating I was going to go with a different retailer constituted acceptance of the restocking fee.

I’m genuinely shocked. I’ve done a lot of work on my property so have dealt with quite a few suppliers and retailers over the years and have never come across anything like this before. It’s scam-like behaviour.

Do yourselves a favour and steer clear.

Excellent quality products. Delivery service was helpful and patient enough to wait & make several calls when I was delayed answering the door (unlike Evri, DPD etc)

The tiles are beautiful same as the sample tile. They were delivered within the timeframe given. Can't wait to see them insitu.

Beautiful tiles, faultless delivery process

Item delivered as advised, very well packaged and was easy to apply. Looks great.

Good customer service. Delivered on time with no issues.

Overall we've been really pleased with our experience with Mandarin Stone so far. Beautiful marble tiles of good quality (our tiler was concerned with breakages based on previous experiences with marble, but was very impressed with how our variety of marble tiles from Mandarin stood up to cutting). And the customer service has been brilliant, both in the show room and the fabrication team.

Having engaged also with another tile supplier for parts of our needs for this project, whose customer service was disappointing at best, we were thoroughly impressed by Mandarin, and will be using Mandarin for our next project, without hesitation.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the Mandarin Stone Fabrication team who helped me source and fabricate my marble vanity top and splashback.
Sophia’s customer service was first class from start to finish. There was much back and forth to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted, and she was incredibly responsive throughout. As this was a completely new process for me, I really appreciated how she took the time to guide me through everything and answer all my questions! There were many!
The finished marble is beautiful, and the cutouts have been made to such a high standard. Everything looks exactly as I’d hoped.
A great experience from beginning to end! Thank you.

I have been looking for my bathroom tiles in many stores, but only in Mandarin Stone did I find what I wanted, especially with the help of their Shoreditch team. The team helped me enormously to decide on what tiles to buy. I have been procrastinating a lot, but with the help of their team (my desing consultant was Yetty), I was able to finally make a decision. I will put the pictures of my bathroom when it's done.

Great looking stone floor tile.delivery was prompt and on time.
Overhall would not hesitate to purchase again..wax sealer and grout on order as we speak.

Arrived well packaged and no damages, the driver was courteous and phoned ahead to say he was 20 minutes away. I would recommend to anyone who asked!

Great quality

Great Service From start to Finish

Excellent service from start to finish. The delivery service was fantastic, on time and plenty of notice of time of arrival. The tiles are perfect and just what we wanted.
