Mandarin Stone Opiniones

I dealt with the Exeter office and they were very helpful. I ordered 190 sqm of porcelain tiles and only 1 box of the tiles were cracked in half (which my tiler was able to use). The delivery driver was fantastic and could not be more helpful. My new floor looks stunning. Thank you

Following an extensive search for en-suite tiles we found a slightly different selection at Mandarin Stone in Exeter and chose some lovely tiles. The store allowed us to take samples home and to choose a high quality trim which shows off the tiles beautifully. Deliveries were spot on and the staff, especially Luc, handled all our questions professionally. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Tiles lovely but many out of stock and delivery expensive and unreliable. Delivery due on Friday before bank holiday, wait in all day tracking just says delivery within the next hour and at 3pm I call for update to be told lorry broken down and rearranged for Tuesday! So I had to cancel my plans of fitting them over long weekend. Then Saturday tracking message to say delivery on its way! Rang to confirm and told it didn’t arrive on the Friday as delivery company were too busy (no mention of broken down lorry). Told me it may or may not turn up Saturday they couldn’t contact delivery company to confirm and if it did turn up it would be before 1pm as delivery company doesn’t work past 1pm and no real apology. Trackinv again said due within next hour whenever you refreshed it. It was 3 pallets of slabs so couldn’t just be left. The tiles eventually turned up Tuesday, lovely driver. The delivery charges were over £130 for this order and not the level of service I expected from a premium brand.

Excellent tiles. Excellent and very helpful service.

Perfect ordering and website maintained. Goods delivered on one as scheduled.
Best aspect is that I found the tiles I was looking for after no success locally in London.
Thank you

The staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful.

We recently ordered tiles and ancillary products from Mandarin Stone. I couldn't fault the service from start to finish. Lynne in Monmouth was amazing helping us choose and preparing the quote. The pre-sale service has been brilliant and delivery was perfect. The tiles are stunning and amazing quality.

I was overwhelmed by the decision making needed for a kitchen extension and the women in this store were such a help. They gave me all the time I needed, looking at the colours and space we'd decided on and carefully worked out what would work best. They were full of ideas and enthusiasm but also really good at helping narrow the options. Wxactly what I needed, thank you

We ordered three samples of 20mm outdoor porcelain for our terrace project. The tiles are to be supported on pedestals and Mandarin Stone advised us on the pedestal spacing. We ran our three samples through ChatGPT to get a view of how the terrace would look and ordered the Merano tiles. We arranged a delivery date to fit in with the builder. We got a ping on the morning of the delivery to confirm the time and Anna arrived as promised & put the 4 pallets where they could easily be accessed by the builder. She had an amazing electric forklift which made placing the 3 tonnes of tiles in just the right place.
Great product, great people & great prices!

I have just received the most excellent service from Mandarin Stone. This afternoon my bathroom fitter contacted to say there was an issue with a particular honed marble tile we had selected and we would need to consider using an alternative. By chance I thought I would ask the “Live Chat” facility to see what they would suggest to compliment the feature wall tile we had chosen.

I thought it would end up just being a bot I spoke to , but no it was a real person called Luc. He suggested the tile that we had already chosen and I explained that I understood there was an issue with colour variance. He was able to source for me the correct size tile and colour that I wanted and he had suggested, from a returned order that was in excess and had literally just been returned into stock . Fortunately we only wanted a small area of coverage and there was sufficient to do our job.

Our fitter contacted and ordered the stock and even the manager in our local store was amazed, as it had literally just come back into stock.

So very very happy with a great efficient service - thank you so much Mandarine Stone and particularly Luc !

I’ve popped into the Cardiff store and telephoned on a number of occasions recently, and every single member of staff I’ve dealt with has been so friendly, polite and genuinely helpful.

They’re incredibly knowledgeable and, importantly for a very decision-fatigued customer like me, not afraid to offer their own opinions and advice when asked! It made choosing everything so much easier!!

I also travelled to the Monmouth store to collect my order and had exactly the same experience there - the team were superb.

Really impressed with the service from Mandarin Stone throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Ordering easy, and delivery very quick exactly as the website said. Would highly recommend.

Good product and communication

The team at the Petersfield branch was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and efficient during our project - couldn't recommend them highly enough

The usual high level of Mandarin Stone helpfulness and efficiency

I cannot praise Mandarin Stone enough - when I needed additional tiles with a short turn around staff were incredibly helpful and managed to ensure my project remained on track. The tiles themselves are gorgeous and the staff are really lovely. Great company! Chantelle in the head office really went above and beyond to help, and I'm incredibly grateful.

I had a great experience with Mandarin Stone. Thank you for cooperation and help! Love the product.

Harrogate store, and Anna, were so helpful great advice right through the process, including organising delivery to a tricky access! Lovely quality tiles About to order more from Mandarin

Lovely tiles, carefully delivered. My order came quickly. And in spite of the fact that the company said they would absolutely NOT bring the tiles inside the house for me, the lovely driver did just that.

Good price, good service. Delivery within a tight time frame. All good
