Wonderful, helpful staff and beautiful tiles
Our whole experience with Mandarin Stone, from when we first looked at the tiles in the shop in Bath to when we collected them from the warehouse in Monmouth was excellent. Staff at both locations couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and really took time to help us make sure we'd got the tiles and grout we wanted. The tiles are beautiful, and were good value for money too, but for us, it's the service that really marks Mandarin Stone out.

We visited the Wilmslow showroom for our bathroom
We visited the Wilmslow showroom for the first time to browse for our bathroom renovation and we were very impressed with our visit. The staff members were really welcoming and Mandy helped us choose the right tiles for our project. There is a wide range of options to choose from. The process of ordering was very smooth and we can’t wait to see how the tiles will look once the project is finished.

Super helpful staff and great service
I found some amazing tiles at Mandarin Stone, really unusual and individual. Almost as soon as I had placed my order I changed it. I had an online chat with a real person, and arranged the new order. The refund from the change was sent through within a couple of days. A change in my bathroom design required more tiles to be sourced within the builder’s timeframe. I called the head office for help, they were great but the delivery schedule didn’t work so as plan B I called various showrooms and was able to get display samples from the Chelsea and Bath stores. The staff in both shops were wonderful and did all they could to help me out. In the end I got enough tiles and my bathroom looks great. All the Mandarin Stone staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful, the whole company has real commitment to customer service.
I wish I had another bathroom so I could use Mandarin Stone again.

Floor renovation success
Contacted for advice about care of my 20 year old Mandarin Stone limestone floor and purchased the recommended treatments - couldn't be more delighted with the result - Floor looks like new - so kind and helpful too about products for rust stains on outdoor tiles and mould treatments- yet to do those jobs but anticipate success!

They go above and beyond in trying to accommodate what you are looking for and on my last visit kindly gifted me a few sample tiles for our kitchen window having placed a previous order with them. I would definitely recommend visiting them for any of your tiling requirements.

Jakob Ash wood effect tiles
Ordered 80sqm of Jakob Ash wood effect tiles, the quality and print of tiles are some of the best I’ve seen compared to other shops. Delivery was also very quick received the tiles within 5 days. Overall 10/10

Damaged tiles delivered, not as seen on the website
Some of the tiles delivered broken and it took them a long time to reply to my email. Also the tiles I ordered do not look as impressive as the pictures they put on the website.My project was delayed because it took them forever to reply, still waiting for replacement tiles

We regret that some of your tiles arrived damaged and understand the frustration this can cause when working to project deadlines. Whilst breakages in transit are fortunately rare, they can occasionally occur, and we always aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
We were particularly concerned by your comments regarding communication, as our company policy is to respond to all customer emails within 24 hours. Having reviewed our records, we cannot identify any significant delays in our correspondence, although we appreciate that waiting for replacement stock can understandably feel frustrating when a project is ongoing.
Regarding the appearance of the tiles, we always endeavour to represent our products as accurately as possible through our photography. However, as many of our tiles are made from natural materials or feature significant variation in colour and texture, there can be differences between website images and the tiles received. For this reason, we always recommend viewing samples in your own home and lighting before placing larger orders wherever possible.
We understand your disappointment and are sorry that your experience has not met expectations. If you are still awaiting replacement tiles, please contact us directly with your order details so that we can review the current status and ensure the matter is progressed as quickly as possible.
