I rented a house with manning stainton being the letting agent and it was all around poor service. There was no management of the building, limited repairs even though I reported everything. They allowed me to live in a house with foul water flooding the basement and leaving it stagnant for over a year and then told me they werent aware of the issue prior to me taking the tenancy. I would NOT recommend this letting agent for your rentals or for your new homes.

Great estate agent with a wealth of experience, I initially listed my property with PB with no viewings and no offers within 3 months, I listed with M&S and received four offers on my property! The team (Andrew, Chloe and Megan) were extremely professional, helpful and easy to contact and were a great support function to navigate all the stress of moving. I would recommend M&S to anyone serious about selling their property.

Megan Hirst was absolutely lovely throughout the whole process. She was always so friendly, helpful and approachable, and kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made the whole moving process feel much easier and less stressful.

Megan was outstanding throughout! We had a large chain and there were many times during the process that we thought the whole chain would collapse. Megan was so proactive with chasing the various agents as well as our sellers. Megan never got frustrated with us either - each interaction, she would understand the urgency and was always on the ball with everything.
